Overall I had a good experience. I would say the only bad part was the door, it would get jammed when opened. The door on the uhaul was not well designed. I had to carefully “ jimmy†the door to close while also, trying to keep my hands from free from a major accident.

VINCE H.When I went into the uhaul in Hobbs I specifically told them I would be moving our the storage in Hobbs NM and I had to go to Lovington to pick up truck when there were 3 or 4 in Hobbs. THANKFULLY it isn't that far but yes it was a bit of a hassle especially that no one there really knew how to get me the key

The staff was so polite and professional. The receptionist even drive me home since I had a four mile walk home. Very much appreciate this tire store and the customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to support me and welcomes me to the area.
