The pickup location was not certified to rent uhauls, so I had to wait for 45 minutes in the middle of a very rough area while the clerk tried to get instructions from corporate. The only upside was that the clerk was very kind. I plan to use Penske in the future.

No one was there to that knew how to process me out. The person who did know was not readily available and they expected me to wait for her to get there. Having someone there “all the time†who knows the process would be beneficial.

It started with the u-haul place on new cut I made arrangements for a truck in person on Saturday for Sunday they gave it away. The service was just not good then I we made another arrangements to the one on oak at first he couldn't find my arrangements I had to do arrangements again for the third time he finally found it he said. It was not a very nice experience.

My experience was totally bad at U-Haul somebody accepted a cash deposit for me which forfeited my whole hundred dollars deposit because I couldn't get it back for some reason or another. totally frustrated with Julia Hall y'all got me for my money.
