I generally have a great experience with U-haul, however, I generally book with a certain location. This weekend, Uhaul changed my pick-up location from the one I originally selected. This location was near the college football stadium in which it was a game day. Not only was it a nightmare getting there it was even more so getting back as the street was block upon attempting to return the vehicle. I then had to drive back and wait to return adding further miles on the vehicle. Also, the clerk had kept my ID and then called to let me know that she had it which I had to return to the location, during the game, to retrieve my ID. While I recognize and will take some responsibility for this as it is my property, it was wildly inconveniencing to me. I was not thrilled with this at all.

The very nice sales person did not know how to attach the tow dolly to my car. Luckily, my husband knew how to do it. We'd have been in BIG trouble had we needed to depend on the sales person, who was the only person at the site.

When calling the customer to verify their reservation by telling them that everything is okay, by clarifying that all the information is correct. So when the customer comes up there the day suppose to get truck or vehicle the only thing the customer should have to do is sign and swipe card. Instead of employees not knowing what's going on because they have a no communication going on with one another. The employee couldn't find my information she swiped my card about 10 times then told the other person on phone that she only swiped my card four times. I was standing there the whole time while she was swiping my card and asked that my card isn't getting charged while you are swiping so many times. So I have to check with my bank to see if I been charged to many times of a misunderstanding that the employee didn't know what she was doing.
