They were closed for my 4PM pick up. I had to wait until they finished changing oil next door for them to then come and rent my truck. The truck had no windshield solution it it and I drove through a snow storm and also had to stop and buy my own solution for it. There was also a hole in the top of my truck that snow and sleet got through and ruined my ottoman and a picture of mine. I guess they don’t inspect these trucks at all in this location once they are returned. When I pointed out body damage to the truck I was told “you got the good insurance, you will be fine”. If it wasn’t for the deductible then I would be filing an insurance claim or something on my damages property due o the truck having a hole In it. Honestly will probably go with another moving truck company when I move next year.

No one was there during office hours. Granted, I did not call ahead, but still. Hard to locate from the street. No signage to direct me on what to do since no one was present. One of my worst UHaul experiences.

Customer service is everything honor what u tell people and charge them what they are told and 6 dollar credit on a 26 ft truck with no gas in it already really isn’t gonna cut it

It would be better if your company did not take the same amount of my card twice. Most people don't like to be double dipped(removing extra money without permission.).

Ally was very helpful and friendly. When I came to pick up the Uhaul, it was difficult to figure out where to go or who to talk to at this location due to the car wash and oil changing service that are also located here. There are no signs directing me where to go and no one wears any identifying tags or shirts to differentiate between customers and employees. Additinally, parking was difficult as they dont have a specific parking lot for customers, or signs directing you where to park. This location isnt in the safest neighborhood and I was worried about leaving my car parked on the street over night in an unsecured location. I typically use the Fern Creek location for my Uhaul needs. Again, customer service was wonderful but the location is difficult to navigate and is inconvenient for customers.

Had to wait nearly 30mins for the representative to show up just to give me the key. The truck had a terrible cigarette odor and the seat was nearly broken. I will never rent another Uhaul again, not worth the "savings".

I didn't actually meet the person who works with UHaul, but one of the other employees called her and she told me where to drop off the trailer. I asked if there wasn't something I should sign to at least have some acknowledgement that they had received the trailer in good condition with blankets. It left me wondering what would happen if the trailer was stolen, damaged before it was rented again, or the blankets taken. I would have no proof that it was received.

The rental agent (Allison W) was very helpful and professional. I left some personal items in the truck and she called me immediately so I could return to pick them up. I would rent from this location again even though it is not the most convenient to my home. Five Stars*****!

I picked up the truck and it had 1/4 tank of gas only. I drove the truck 11 total miles. I put 2.002 gallons of gas in the truck less than 6 blocks from the Uhaul location. When I received the receipt, I was charged $6.00 for EZ fuel. I called the location and spoke with Richard (no last name given. He stated he was the only Richard there.) He said the truck was under fuel and he was just doing in job. I have a photograph of the fuel level when I picked the truck up as well as the mileage on the vehicle. (I was disappointed at the low level.) Either the truck is in deplorable condition that it costs $1/mile in fuel on top of the $0.79 / mile usage fee or Richard and the Classic Car Care location are fraudulently charging customers for fuel.

This business has a lot going on which makes moving a vehicle around a bit more challenging but the friendliness of the employees makes up for it. My son left an item in the uhaul and they safely held it until we could get it the next morning. Good service.
