Check-in / check-out through the Uhaul app was difficult...poor reception at this location made the app experience less than satisfying.

Easy and Convenient

Gail V.The previous renter of the vehicle did not check in the proper way (locking key in back, etc..) that made my rental very stressful on a cold day. Had to walk back and forth multiple times until the owner realized key was in the overnight box.
DAVID S.This is an unfair review of the location. The staff was very friendly and tried to help but the system that U-Haul has gone to (no contact rental) is severely flawed. This was by far the most frustrating rental experience I have ever had. If the location wouldn't have been open I would not have gotten the truck. Key was in lockbox and not where is was supposed to be BUT the direction from uHaul is very bad
