I have now called customer service 3 times about this issue. Each time I have been promised that I would hear back from someone. I have never been contacted by UHaul about this issue. I am tired of being lied to.

Tire was flat on trailer. Gas was low one quarter tank. How am I going to return this with the same gas. I lose either way this is a stupid policy. I wonâ€™t rent again with this policy.

They were closed on Sunday. I called customer service and young lady advised me to take pictures and call call Storage Depot Monday. I tried several times to call them about trailer and never did get to talk to someone there. I have made many self moves using U-Haul. I will buy a trailer next time.

Return needs to be changed to an easier way because returning on the website was not easy. Had trouble doing the return on the web site because of the change of size of truck when I rented it.

The shocks on this truck should have been replaced prior to renting it out again. Every bump on the road caused it to jump up and rattle all the furniture in the back. Several times I thought I was going to overturn due to the jumping literally off the road. Additionally I felt, and could hear, the engine revving up as if I had the cargo pull on, which I didnâ€™t. Not sure why it did that as I kept the speed at a steady 70 but it may need to be checked out. Other than that I have been well pleased with UHaul services in the past.

Reservations were lost. Reserved at wrong location in Houston. Car dolly not reserved as requested. Car dolly not reserved same contract. Overall charged more than reservation was said. Truck over usage on gas...80.00 one way We won't be using Uhaul anymore. Thank you

Get the size of the truck right, be there at the time the customer made the reservation. Not 2 hours later. Actually mark the gas with the actual gas it has, not more. Actually compensate the customer when they went through a MAJOR inconvenience. Horrible customer service in the Los Fresnos storage in Texas dealing with the uhaul

Initial pick up took too long due to employee did not have keys to open doors at 9:00 am. What should have taken 10-15 minutes to obtain truck keys, took 45 minutes...this issue through a wrench in my moving schedule

Upgrade your customer service training and software. We had a flat tire an hour after we started. I called customer, Destiny I believe her name was. And told her what highway I was on and direction traveled. (Highway 77 northbound) out of Harlingen,TX. And at mile marker 73. I also told her we had just passed through Armstrong, TX and was almost up to the border patrol check point. I was told by Destiny that she needed a better location. It was not coming up on her system. What better location can I provide than a highway number and milr marker? She asked me what the cross street was. You don't have cross streets out on the highway. I am so disappointed with U-Haul customer service. I hope all customers are not treated this badly. As I was getting frustrated my wife got on the phone try to get Destiny to understand. She told my wife to calm down and shut up. My wife asked to talk to her supervisor. We were immediately disconnected. When I called back I was told somebody else was working on it. This is a totally unacceptable way to deal with customers. In My 40 years working for the US Army I have worked in customer service. I have a lot of experience working in the quality area. This is not accepted business practice. I cannot believe this is acceptable to U-Haul. This whole ordeal delayed our travel schedule for approximately 3 hours. It will take lot on you part to renew my faith in U-Haul. I believe U-Haul owes me significant compensation for the problems I encountered.

i was told that my reservation was going to be initially at the Morgan Blvd. location in Harlingen. I received a call at 11am on the pickup date that I will need to pick up my vehicle at the Los Fresno location. This was a major inconvenience for me. The sales representative said that I would not be charged for mileage because of this change. I later learned after I turned in the truck that this was not true. The sale clerk at Los Fresno called me and charge my account an extra 86.00 for mileage. I explain to her that I was told the clerk from Harlingen said I had 200 free miles because I was being treated as a one way rental. Some help would be appreciated with this.
