The incense shop was absolutely useless in this experience. Absolutely zero knowledge of the product or my reservation. I was not given the type of truck I reserved, nor did I receive the furniture dolly that I rented and was charged for. They pointed at a phone number and told me to call U-Haul for literally ANY answers.
