I would have given 5 stars however I ordered and paid for a dolly which was not on the truck. I didn't realize this until I arrived at my location. Granted I should have checked but at the same time, the rep in the rental office should have known since it was on my invoice. I was credited for the cost when I dropped off the truck.

I think I was overcharged on the mileage. when I returned with the truck I was told I had gone 35 miles. I only drove about 2 miles to pick up labor workers and then drove them back 2 miles to drop off, then drove to downtown Los angeles to unload the truck and back to the unhaul location to return the truck about 3:30 or so. I just think something was wrong with the mileage meter.

I ordered a furniture dolly/mover online, and when I got to the office they did not have it. It made my move much slower. Each location should have equipment they advertise to have online. Also one lady was very short with me and not friendly, while the other one was very nice and happy to help.

The woman (white) was super unfriendly and acted like I was bothering her by renting from that location. I called ahead to make sure they had my truck, pads, and appliance dolly and when I got there she said no appliance dolly and no furniture pads. She didn't even say sorry and just said we don't have any. I can't believe the service I got. When I returned the truck a man (black) was super nice but this Uhaul experience was the worst I have ever had.

the location was fine but UHAUL's customer service is absolutely terrible. Not only did U Haul completely botch my reservation, changing it without telling us and then refusing to give me the money back on my card when I asked for a refund on a truck I never used, but your custumer service representatives were incompetent and completely unhelpful, useless and slow in helping me get a new reservation as quickly as possible. There is no way this should have happened and taken me 2 HOURS to get a new reservation. Your customer service agents don't know how to handle situations and admitted that over the phone to me which is terrible for you.

I was presented with a contract, outside of the base U-Haul agreement, that include a bunch of hidden fees and restrictions. The staff was unhelpful. The whole experience rubbed me the wrong way. Will never rent from this location again.

I reserved a time slot for 9:00 am. Upon arrival, the truck we reserved is not there. So we either have to wait an unknown amount of time for the previous renter to return it or we can drive even further to get one at another uhaul. As you are charged per mile, we chose to have the lady working there call us when our truck arrives. 3 hours later, we come back to check in to see if the guy with the truck has called (because the lady working isn’t answering the phone) and we notice that the truck is already there and the lady never called us to let us know. So we rent the truck, do our thing, and when we come back to return the vehicle, the lady tried to charge us an extra $10 for the coverage I already told her I did not want. Poor service, poor reservation management, overall poor location. Highly insatisfied with my visit.
