More professional personnel that understands people with moving needs and is available to answer questions. James, probably the manager, behave very inattentive, lacked knowledge of the questions being asked and did not offer support. Very poor customer service.

The owner of this location is not online not professional but also skipped standard procedures such as allowing customers to check the truck that they are renting. He asks his costomer to sign the agreement without making sure the milage and gas levels are correct. He charged me extra to EZ- gas refuel. I will never recommend anyone to come to this location judging all the past good experiences Ive had with uhaul.

I have been overcharged stating I drove 329 miles in just a few hours of rental. I have contacted the location and they said there is nothing they can do. I have also contacted in regards to this issue multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

They are not professionally handling a customer and trying charge on my credit card even though I paid full amount with cash. Total amount was $43.44 and they said I paid 44 cents with cash and $43 with credit card. Which totally does not make any sense. Trying to contact them and they are not willing to talk to you about this matter at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone and u haul cooperation has to reconsider this place as one of their own. My experience this place as terrible terrible.

Myself, as well as another customer had reserved a truck pick up for 8am. The morning shift person did not show up until 8:30 am. Trucks are reserved for the purpose of relocation so timing is everything. The delay in truck issue extended my overall plans for the day. Not at all pleased with staff.

Not overcharge for things not specified in contract. I paid $14 for insurance coverage invoice shows it charged me $28. Rental rate is $29.95 yet was charged $59.95. Rental rate for the furniture dolly was $10 yet I was charged $20. Very dissapointed



I drove 5 miles and filled just the bit I used and I get charged for not filling to the 1/4 tank which it was not even on. You can tell how much i drove no need for 30$ plus 17$ after i tried to be fair. I am ashamed how you take advantage its easy to find company's to move your whole places with all these extra charges.

Really bad experience had by one of my employees who picked up a van for one of our events. The (very large) man sitting behind the counter didn't worry about getting up to verify gas or miles, and my staff had to do it for them. Also, I requested a one day rental and since they were closed on Sunday, I was stuck paying for two days (your website didn't alert me when I booked it that they would be closed on my requested return date). Very inconvenient, poor service, gross location. AVOID. We will never rent from here again.

They didn't mention to return the vehicle by 3:30 pm then charged for 2 days. I rented a van at 9:30 and returned 4:30. One day means only 5 hours? If they mentioned when I rented the vehicle, I wouldn't hold until 4:30.

I was charged completely incorrectly and I need this matter resolved promptly. I was way overcharged, and I noticed very incorrect information on the receipt I just received two days after the fact, which is false information. The receipt says I returned the truck at 5:30pm, which is not true. I returned the truck at 4pm, and the employee told us we had until 4:30pm to return it. When we arrived at 4pm, the gate was closed, so we followed the exact instructions of the employee: park the U-Haul in front of the gate and drop the keys in the orange box. This error caused me to get charged for two rental periods, doubling my Safemove and Rental Charge costs. Frankly, this is utterly unacceptable, and I suspect fowl play by this employee. We followed his exact directions and had the truck back well before the time he told us to, not to mention with more gas than it started with. And somehow the employee just changed the time we had it back to 5:30, when he was not even there to see us drop it off at 4pm. I expect U-Haul to handle this issue immediately.

The truck that i got was terrible. The transmission/gears were all messed up which made it difficult to drive it and the drivers side mirror was tapped down and propped up w a brunched up bottle of Sprite.

The Truck wasn't checked it with the last person who rented, the gas meter was way below and I used it for less that 10 miles when the last person used it for 40 or more. I'm getting charged for the gas and miles........

Horrible service from James William at Trouble Free Auto Sales & Rentals . Was over charged a 2nd day because of his mistake on having a lock on the trailer and not letting me know before having me waste my time to drive to 20 miles and back to and from my destination . He told me to cut the lock off myself . I then went to a U-Haul dealer To have the lock broken off . He then stated he would credit my account ! When I dropped off the truck , he told me he would email me the bill . I told him I rather sit down and talk about the situation . He said nothing to me and charges my account double the day and with no accommodation . He told me to leave the store when i told him it wasnt right . He refused to give me the managers name and or owner . He insulted me and tried to force me to Leave his store and call the police because i refused to leave without a name or number or even a discount for his errors that caused me extra mileage and gas he is charging me for ! I would please love a response back ASAP with what can be Done to fix your mistake ! Thanks This has as well been recorded for video edvidence of what took place with the negligence your employee gave me !
