Nothing or no one is perfect, however there is nothing to change, the vehicle was very neat, very clean, and appeared to be a fairly late model/new vehicle. To me personally customer service is something I have a huge regard for, since I've been in the customer service for 20+ years. I will say if I were not retired or had my own business, I'd proposition the rep. Who handled my rental, unfortunately his name escapes my memory at this very moment, I'll end this by saying: if it ain't broke, don't fix it, I found nothing that could be improved on, unless you gave this financially reasonable service away for free, and that's just plain ridiculous.

This was a terrible experience. The Uhaul hotline operator did not tell me that there wasn't a 24-hour return drop box and the person/owner? on-site said we could return the truck by closing at 6pm or the following morning. We drove an hour in traffic to return the truck by 6pm meanwhile calling the location to make sure he was still there, but he didn't answer. The location was closed when we arrived. So, we had to drive an hour back to where we started from, reschedule our following- morning work/plans and then drive another hour through morning rush hour back to the location. When I complained to the man at the location he refused to apologize for misinforming us about his closing time /leaving early and said, "What? I can't have an emergency?" (no emergency closing sign was posted). I think this is unacceptable and at a contrast with my previous experiences with Uhaul.

This comment relates to 2451 Crenshaw,I want to initiate an investigation of the recorded call made by me on 12/12/2015 @9:11am. On that call I Notified an associate that I'd be arriving late at 10:30. Despite of that the person at that location cancelled it because the associate did not put any remark about my late arrival, and nobody called before confirming cancellation. As a result, the reservation had to be recreated to the new location 6825 S Figeroa, which was 8.5miles away and costed me 30mins extra by movers. Because of this troubles I request uhaul to provide fair compensation for the extra mileage, gasoline, and 30 mins additional movers time.
