Fast and accommodating
Representative seemed to not be trained on how to check out a UHaul to a customer. When we got to the truck she started the car checked the miles and told me to drive safe because if there's damages I'll ge charged. I was expecting to do a walk through with the rep. (Because thats the only way to truly know whether there was damage before I leave the lot that wasn't documented) and when I asked her about it she said â€œthere's no need they document everything in the systemâ€ and started to walk back to her transport van. I had to basically twist her arm to do an in person walk through. I also still don't have an email wit my update lower price since I returned the truck exactly how I received it. Had it not been for the people at the drop off location being nice, inviting and knowledgeable I don't think I would ever use Uhaul again. Overall the WORST Uhaul experience I've ever had!
Difficult pickup process with the trucks far away from the rent a car desk. My truck had 1/16 tank of gas when I got it. Really poor pickup process
Service was good however not enough staff. It's inside of a hotel no name on the outside. Bad location short staffed.

The woman who was working at the front desk today was wonderful, I wish I caught her name to put it in the review. She was very competent and helpful. I will definitely use that location again.
I am not happy with being charged for fuel since I put more when returned
Return at these sattelite locations is difficult. Hard to find, not dedicated to u-haul, this required an extra 1 Mile drive from the service desk to the drop yard and then return to the desk. This is my second experience in a month with a non U-haul drop location. These locations are not convenient or easy to use.
The original place that I booked did not have the U-Haul size that I needed so I got an email a day before to go to snatcher location about 5 miles away from original location. That was all fine till I showered up at the Marriott location in Long Beach, the person that was at the desk was not the U-Haul rental person so the person in charge was called in to help. That lady was rude and unprofessional. She said they closed at four and she was not going to help me. The email that I received the day before was from the Marriott location and my reservation was for 4:30 pm. If they knew they close at 4 o'clock why did they confirm a 4:30 PM pick up? Needless to say I didn't get the U-Haul till the next day and I was so upset I said my husband to pick it up.
Lots of issues picking up the truck. We were overcharged on the milage. I tried to dispute is but no one got back to me. The truck was super dirty.
Dirty windows and poor customer service Maybe cause it's at a Marriott.... I curious how much is my bill 18 miles over then I took it....They dont check vehicle before or after from beginning to end.....
I have booked the reservation at 10:00 AM oN 9/29. then the lady called me at 10:15 at that day. she said no more 26 feet truck. I was comeing back from SD Stuck out overthere and meantime my helper has waited at storage. everything is mess up and gave me only $50 DISCOUNT???so frustrated?? SO SAD FOR THIS TIME.
I waited over 30 minutes for a rep to arrive at the branch. No apology was give. And she tried to rush me out with out a receipt. When the 2 reps arrived to the branch they casually began talking about their lunch and exchanged money for lunch before attending me or even greeting me.
This location is saying I returned the car with an almost empty tank of gas which is 100% false and charged my account without authorization. I returned the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas. The employees didn't do an inspection or anything. Just asked for the keys and where I parked. I would like to be credited back the amount that was charged on my account without my authorization or I will be contacting my bank for fraudulent charges
There was no signs to say that the U-Haul is in the car rental place that was inside The Marriott, the lot was at a different location, which isn't a problem in itself if you have two vehicles. However, our problem is that we got charged for an extra day although we returned the truck almost 3 hours ahead of our scheduled drop off. The manager wasn't at the location and the girl said to just leave the key with her. The manager was supposed to email us our receipt. He or she did, the day after we dropped it off, and charged us an extra day. We emailed them back and are still waiting for the response. Just because the manager wasn't there, doesn't make it right to charge us, that is theft. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
More precise instructions on locating the key drop box. However, enjoyed the convenience of the drop off location. I truly enjoyed the ease of the return process. Very impressed with the ease and the clear step by step instructions when using the return Mobil service, will recommend it to others.
The parking lot was located at a different site and this information was not communicated. Being a Sunday, this caused problems. Also, I've been charged another $58 and I have not received a receipt.
Don't charge for services the customer doesn't get. I asked for a dolly, got charged for one but didn't get one. I let the attendant know but still got charged

You need to man the front desk better. We had to wait for awhile and another lady renting a car was super unhappy but that is related to Allied Rent A Car. Any ways, whomever did the bill charged me for furniture blankets which they most likely knew there were none available. I asked the rental car person to have the Uhaul manager call me back so I could be reimbursed. She has not called me back yet. Her name is Reyanna Manchego. I called the general UHaul number to get my refund started but now I have to call this location again to see where my refund is at this point.
There was some confusion as I made this reservation online and was able to select the mobile pickup option for this location yet it doesn't appear that the location was set up for that. I ended up having to go through the rental associate, which is fine, except I ended up wasting time looking around for the truck which happened to be nowhere near address of the pick up location. Overall, the rental process was fine, it just would have been nice to know the procedure for pick up was going to be different than advertised.
