It's a tough-to-find location, and the day I picked up my reserved rental van, I had to stand outside the locked gate ringing the bell for five minutes before an employee let me in, then had to wait 20 more minutes for someone to arrive to staff the office. The rest of the rental went fine, but the delay at the beginning was too long.

My start was bad as It was hard to allocate the location of Uhaual as door was closed and it written with unclear small sign, please ring the bill. Also when I I went to deliver the cat, it was also closed and no one there, I waited in the street till someone told me leave the key in the box and park the car at the side. Need better signage to find entrance to this location. There is a doorbell on the fence that is hard to see. I drove around the block twice and had to call in to find out where to ring for service. People inside were helpful and friendly. The truck was very clean and performed well.

Please, Be on time to check out clients. Moving this is stressful and this location was busy answering other calls and the system was out of service to check me in. A lot to improve !

Address was different than physical address, went to address as instructed but your office was in another location virtually next door. But still not as represented. Secondly I ordered blankets, in fact you guaranteed my order, but this location was "out of blankets". Finally you changed the location I requested the truck from, causing me more miles to go pick up unit.

They couldn’t find the keys to the van I rented so I agreed to an upgrade to a box truck but the woman brought me the keys to a pick up truck (downgrade) then once I told her that won’t do, she spent more time changing the reservation to a box truck. When I got into the box truck, there was paperwork with another customer’s personal info on the seat. The location was dim, dirty, and didn’t have a seat in the office for the customer to sit. Her nails were also so long that she had to type one key at a time. The whole ordeal was so messed up from start to finish I wondered if I was on some hidden camera show. I would have happily traveled farther to a better location.

When I picked up the truck, I had to wait an exceptionally long time while the only clerk was dealing with another customer being unable to check in. He had a complicated problem; I had a simple check-in. Why not deal with the simple thing in a couple of minutes? When I took the truck, it had a little less than 3/4 of a tank, but the contract was marked 3/4. Fine. When I returned it, I filled it to a little less than 3/4 of a tank, exactly as I'd gotten it. The receipt claimed it was returned with 5/8 of a tank, which is patently false, and I was charged for 3 gallons of gas, which is an outright theft. I'll never use this UHaul location again. I may never use UHaul, for that matter. This is abusive treatment.

Truck smelled terrible, ran rough. Time to retire it. There was no windshield wipers. Employees were very nice at this location.

The staff brought the car tow dolly up to my vehicle, then asked me to hook it up to the hitch. Slightly amazed, I did. That is when I found that the trailer lights wire that plugs into the trailer and the flat four connector of the vehicle was missing. I asked for the piece ( look at my unsullied record) which all your other locations provided. They said they didn't have one, so I left the yard with no lights, after hooking up the tow dolly. I am a frequent uhaul customer and I have never had a poorly run, unsafe, and rude experience at uhaul stores. Also, I checked the tire pressure on the tow dolly and found it to be 30psi instead of the 50psi listed. Feel free to email or call. 541-913-9710 Thank you,

You can open up your location at 8am as specified and not 9:15 am. You can maintain your trucks so they don't overheat after driving 10 miles on the freeway. You can clean the inside so it doesn't have a foul urine smell. You can be apologetic for any of the above happening.

Truck was dirty, gas was a bar less than 3/4 tank contract said 3/4. Returned truck same night got a call from uhaul that I didn’t return the truck. Found out it was because the location didn’t close the agreement.

I did not have a good experience with renting from Uhaul today. The card machine for payment was not working so I had to pay in cash. The worker didn't know how to help with anything or answer any of my questions. The truck was dirty and had old starbucks pastry bags in the cab as well as dirt and a soda can in the bed of the truck. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. I was told I could put the rental n hold with my debit card and switch to my company's corporate account with U-haul when I dropped it off but was made to pay in cash during pick. Overall my experience was unsatisfactory and I will not be renting from the location again. When I called in the morning to book, I asked for a hitch to come with the pick up truck and they said they would have it ready. When I got there, they did not have any so I had to go to Autozone and purchase one.

My appointment was set for 9am, I was there but Uhaul person was not until close to 930am. Meanwhile, I had paid helpers standing by waiting. The truck was not pulled out, not cleaned and only had 1/4 tank of gas. The movers started 1 hour late and instead of 4 hours of help I had 3.

I got signed up for a uhaul. The uhaul was behind a tow truck and I asked the owner if he could help me move it. He signed at me and walked to the truck and moved it. Later, I drove the uhaul to my apartment only to find there was a lock on the back. So I had to drive it all the way back to the uhaul. My brother went to ask the owner if he had the key. The owner told him there was a key on the uhaul key chain to open it up, but there was no key. He then came out and told me to back the uhaul into two gates that had a very small opening. Keep in mind that I don't drive uhauls often. I backed it up and the owner told me he needed it closer so he could use a machine to cut off the lock. He had one of his workers cut off the lock and I was on my way.. They also charged me for the mileage that I drove too and from my apartment, which I think should have been deducted because it was HIS fault. Never going there again. Not recommending to anyone.

Tire pressure was 20 pounds PSI too low - different air in different tires made driving dangerous - lack of communication on how many pounds the truck could carry - truck on the win 40 miles an hour uphill
