Location was excellent but the check-in process via the app was horrible. It took 25+ minutes to get checked in (including getting the key that was not where the app said it would be), which took away from my rental time. When trying to return the truck the app kept crashing and deleting the pictures I had taken. I eventually had to call customer service to finish the return. The check-out process took another 20 minutes, so of my 2 hour rental I spend 45+ minutes checking in and out.

The location is convenient and easy to access. The office manager was very friendly and professional. The threshold to the main entrance is broken and is a potential tripping hazard.

Stacey FGood experience, maybe provide a little more information on getting the rental and then returning it since there is no representative to really assist and someone older might not be tech savvy enough to be able to pull this off. Otherwise, I thought it was a good experience.
