No parking when in got back and refused to help me park it in the busy parking lot .

craig bThe person behind the counter was very nice and polite. We were surprised to learn there was no ramp for the 10 foot truck. We made it work but thought there should be a ramp considering how high the truck is up from the back. The brakes were a bit squeaky (starting to go) so we informed the person there.
Kevin BNot sure why would the person has to call me for being 20 minutes late to pickup my reserved truck. Also the truck was not clean. There was a burnt cigarette butt in the truck. No lock was provided to lock the shutter as well.
