Uhaul personnel didn't seem to care about me rather the other customers in the store.
There was offensive tagging on the side of the truck. The truck had garbage in it and I do not trust that the truck had been properly wiped down from the last rental. This was concerning.
Not given any paperwork, truck was on empty, had to buy gas asap, then charged $50 for gas when truck was returned! Said repeatedly that I was not prepared to drive an hour farther north to return truck, and was not certain of being able to get a ride back to London, yet drop off was still set as Owen Sound! And was charged extra when had to bring truck back to London!

The shop keeper is lies, I made reservations online I did not select safe move , when he started to enter my license he selected safe move and without giving me receipt he ask me we have stop printing receipts. Therefore I couldn't find out what he has made changes to my booking . I believe this type of cheating dont suites your type of company. I hope some action must be taken this location . Thank you

The gentleman didn't wear a mask
I was suprised to see that this location only had 3 stars given that it is merely a convenience store. However after struggling with the UHaul app, we decided to go inside and see if they could help. They were fantastic. Very friendly, quick with solutions and had on our way both at pick-up and drop-off. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs the trucks that they can supply. their one drawback might be space, but even here they seem to have enough for even the medium sized trucks.
Please do not give less than a full tank of gas because it's impossible to figure it out to bring it to the odd levels. It's almost a scam. Another one is retrofit all your vehicles with back up Cameras it's not expensive and it will enhance safety multifold
Check-in and out was fast.
The location had none of the equipment I ordered so I had to drive to the Clark road location. Completely defeats the purpose of me choosing a pickup location.
Terrible customer service. Bad communication. Lazy employees. Will never use this location again for U-haul. The employee working at pick up was better than the employee working at drop off. The drop off employee was not friendly at all and very rude to us. Both employees seemed distracted and disinterested in the U-haul side of the business. I would probably avoid U-haul altogether after this experience. Running a U-haul business out of a convenient store is probably not a good idea.
Truck was not even ready for pick up on time. Should show some respect to customers thats all i wanna say. Work on customer service please
I didn't receive my deposit and no one is answering me about it I'm very frustrated
The truck had a dirty interior (I have pictures), dirt, food, sand... and didnt smell very fresh. I was very disappointed in this rental
I booked for a different location but was switched two days before obtaining rental to a different location. Original location told me I could pick up at 7:30 but other location didn't open till 8:00....they failed to tell me that detail.
They pickup and drop off was very quick and convenient. I would rent here again.

If a particular equipment is confirmed as part of the rental, then I'd expect it to be available. I had reserved an appliance dolly but it was not available at the pick up location
The people that run this location are as crooked as they the guys running it tried to double charge me for my rental if uhaul was smart they would cancel the contract with these people
The first gentleman who I dealt with when picking up the vehicle was very kind and helpful and made the process go very smoothly. The vehicle was clean. The gentleman I dropped the vehicle off to was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend UHaul based on the experience I had today.
The following is to file a formal complaint about your services. My drop-off location was indicated on my contract as 107 mount pleasant London. To my biggest surprise when I got there I was told that location was not certified for any returns. I was then told to return it to the location from which I picked it up (1100 commissioners rd E London). When I got there I found it closed on Sunday's. So I called customer services who informed me that I had to drop it off at the Colborne location. Once I got there I was charged for extra mileage. This is absolutely absurd!!!! Not only did the pick up procedure take over 40 minutes for them to figure out the process but in top of it I was given wrong information, made to drive around the city, trying to make it on time for 6pm but on top of it I was charged fir mileage. This has been an awful experience to put it mildly and for this reason I'm request a full refund.
