Before each rental the truck should be checked for cleanliness. We found a piece of toilet paper and a previously eaten piece of hard candy. Otherwise everything was great.

Personnel extremely u friendly and rude. Location is in a conveinen store and only has a small parking lot not suitable for large trucks. Extremely dangerous trying to maneuver around.

I have reserved my uHaul at different location when reached there found out that there is no reservation, when contacted the 1800 number they transferred me to this location which is further in distance and means I had to pay more. The person responsible for uhaul was not in the store so I had to wait for another 20 mins untill he came. Overall i will not rent again from uhaul and will find other providers. Very disappointed with uhaul help line and the long wait.

The process took over 45 mins as the agent locked himself out of his computer and had to call his wife to bring his son to enter the password. The whole time he wouldn't explain why it was taking so long. I had to call a uhaul agent myself to try and speed up the process. The worst customer service I have had in a very long time.

After the location for pickup was changed the day before to a much less convenient location. There was another customer there and we were told just 2 minutes we waited approximately a half an hour before they served us. There was minimal discussion. Too busy counter cluttered and not segregated for uhaul competing with very busy variety store full of customers. Had to talk over counter plus additional things stacked up because there were so many variety store customers.

The pick up location was a Marijuana store moon-lighting as a convenience store, moon-lighting as a U-haul. The U-Haul rep did not work on site so could not help me when I showed up early. He was then 5 minutes late for my scheduled pick-up time. Furthermore, he did not have a the 9 Foot van that I had booked: instead I had a 15 foot van which cost me at least $100 extra in fuel costs and was inconvient for my purposes. The rear of the vehicle was dirty including a crushed water bottle, twigs and branches. The reservation was for a one way trip and the vehicle I was given required fueling immediately. I've used Uhaul many times before but have never had such a terrible experience. Additionally, $75 for insurance is unreasonable. I only needed the vehicle for one day even if the rental came with a 3 days of use. It was cheaper for me to put car insurance on my vehicle which was in storage in order to cover the truck insurance.

I spent an hour and 20 mins trying to shovel out the U-Haul I rented by myself, no one offered to help me, then when it wouldn’t come out I had to move the other U-Haul beside the one I rented in order to get my vehicle out. Mind you I am a 130lb 5’1” female. The guys were nice but I ended up having to pay extra milelage and gas for trying to get the truck out of the parking lot.

I paid online the night I ordered the truck. The next day at the pickup they tried to charge me again. Not to mention the after hours drop off app was not working. Very auful experience

I had to wait for customers to leave before the clerk would help. This took 15 minutes due to their "shopping". I recommend a proper uhaul Centre.

Truck pick up time was 3:30 so no one was available to complete the documents when I arrived at 3:00. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. Fortunately I was able to complete the transaction online and didn't have to wait.

The man that was checking me in called the night before and asked me to change my pick up time from 9am to 9:30am due to another customer being booked at the same time and to reduce wait time. I agreed and walked into the pickup location the next day at 9:20am... he was not present. The tenant working the convenience store called him and he said he was on his way but didn't show up until almost 9:45am putting my move behind schedule by at least 15 mins. When asked about the late arrival he responded that traffic was bad and that he had to drop his daughter off somewhere but he was very incoherent and seemed more stoned than anything else. After signing the insurance and agreement, he didn't give me my copy and was about to take us out to the truck (without the paper) until I asked him about it. When he brought me to the truck, it was disgusting. The cab didn't look like it had be cleaned in months and the back hadn't been swept since at least the last renter used it with bits of plastic and screws scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, I had included a dolly in my rental but the man checking us in didn't even look at that on the rental information as he was surprised when I asked for one. He also didn't have a U-haul dolly, it was old and rusted with cobwebs in mats around the metal and actually belonged to the convenience store. All-in-all, based on this experience alone I would never recommend a convenience store pickup or drop off location (I chose this location because it was the closest to my then apartment) as it was far from convenient. If you want to improve this location, I would suggest hiring someone more responsible or moving the location to anywhere else.
