I didn't get truck from my selected location. Even nobody told me that I have to go somewhere else to pick my reserved truck. I did online checking procedure including payment still when I got a truck store manager asked my credit card numbers on cell phone, as she was not there. Very poor experienceAbhishek M.

The process for picking up the rental was clumsy and challenging. Due to phone and language challenges . The truck was somewhat strange due to window weather proofing failing off . There were empty flat boxes used in the rear cab and the cabin was not cleaned to you would think Covid standards. Lastly after drop off I asked for bill and informed it would be sent to me that was on Saturday. As of today Tuesday no bill received.Jeff C.

Even though I booked the van, I had to wait 45 minutes to get the paperwork done. I was the only one waiting for a U-Haul van. I had to stand the whole time and this was painful for me. I would rent from U-Haul again but not from that location.Joseph B.

The female attendant at this 1- 100 Oakville Avenue location in London was quite aware that I had to rent a higher cost storage unit from a non U-haul location this morning. This was due to a 5 by 5 unit being available at the 112 Clarke Road location on Sunday afternoon and their computer system being unable to rent it. Despite this, the female attendant was adamant about charging me for two days rental and two daily insurance charges as I was two hours late for returning the cargo van. She initially attempted to inform me that I used the ten foot cargo van for about two hundred kilometers, despite the fact that it was only thirty-nine miles (about 60 kilometers). We went to the cargo van to verify some odometer information and she then decided to charge me for only forty-one miles instead of about 200 kilometers (about 120 miles). The good news is that a U-Haul Customer Service Representative credited me the daily rental and insurance charges for the ten foot cargo van on my credit card. These credits should appear on my credit card in about three to five business days. I would recommend this location to someone, as long as they visually record the odometer reading on their cargo van. This should eliminate the potential for being charged for a lot of excess miles or kilometers that they did not drive.brian D.

The inside of the vehicle was very dirty (dried mud everywhere). Other than that the place is great. Very nice, helpful employees. I called ahead to confirm my rental, and the lady was great over the phone also. Highly recommend this location.Neil T.
The pick up was confusing. They could not find the key for the truck. Then when I returned it, online said to put it in a drop box, I looked but there wasn't one, then when I went inside they said there isn't one and I should have gotten a code for a â€œblack boxâ€. I think the overall online pick up and drop off is a good idea, however these things need to be clear.Samantha C.

Booked a month in advance from a specific pick up location because we had multiple people helping at different times as well as coordinating pickups and drop off. We had to change all because a truck was not going to be ready at our designated pick up. This caused extra kilometers and gas to be onto the truck which was added cost to me. We were also asked to move our start time by an hour. Was not impressed at all. We then called to see if we could drop off the rental at the main location which was closer to off set the added cost from earlier in the day. The man on the phone was extremely rude when I brought it to their attention. I will be making sure no one I know uses uhaul and direct them to other means. Very disappointedCatherine H.

I dealt with two different people at this location and they both provided excellent service. The lady I made the reservation with was amazing. I was running a little late and she called me to verify I was coming to make sure to hold my reservation. Very helpful and service provided was professional and friendly.
