They didn't know how to start the rental and took forever even after I've been sent to 2 other locations and no one was at the locations! Cause me to miss my appointment and had to reschedule and come all the way back up from a 2 and a half four trip!
Found it a little bit odd to find a U-Haul U-Haul location inside a day gas station but other than that it it was fantastic
I went thru hell to get this truck. I reserved my truck in Tucker ga. I went to pick it up only to find that the previous renter dropped it at the jimmy carter location. I went to that location and was told it wasn't there. I was sent to a location in Atlanta only to find it doesn't exist. 3 hours later, the location in Snellville found me a truck in Loganville. I will not be renting from you again
This was an easy pick up and return. Since the location is at a gas station, I could easily replace the gas before turning it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is the third location I was sent to. My reserved truck for 10am was not available I had to wait to 5:30pm
100% best place I've picked up any rental before. They are so friendly and helpful. I will always pick up from here.

This location was new to renting Uhaul. Not organized or familiar with procedures. They overcharged me when I said something I was told it was right. Not my first choice in a rental location
