The truck has a awful smell in the back. This location doesn’t open until “10am” It didn’t have the hours on the door. I had reservations at “7am” I had to keep coming back to make sure I was gonna be able to get my truck and it not be gone when I got there. Uhaul needs to set hours for the “store” hours. I do not like this location. I will not be back.

The trailer was not properly hitched on my vehicle. I could have seriously been harmed or cause a major traffic accident on i85. I didn’t know until I was unloading my car and the whole trailer came unhinged from my vehicle slamming my car down. I don’t know the servereity of the damages as yet.

The store clerk was 40 minutes late opening the store fornour pick up. We had movers waiting at the house that we were paying by the hour. When she arrived, I have never had such poor customer service. She was downright rude. I had also paid for a dolly online. They did not have one available. Her reply was, “I ain’t got one, and I can’t help you.” Horrible experience.

I was on some list because my name was associated with a Darrell Brown thst owe you money in Oregon. It took the representative 2 hours to clear it up and the local vendor made errors that caused me an hour to return it. She marked 100 miles for a short 30 mile trip to a storage. Horrible experience.

I dropped my vehicle off at the required time. The area didn't open until 1 PM, so know one was there to check me in and they checked me in once they got their and charged me another day. The lady at the facility couldn't pull up my contract, so she told me to call 1800 number and I did. Explain to the representative the situation and she was very rude and told me I was holding up the next rental, so she put me on hold called the location and realized I was telling the truth. When the Representative got back on the phone she had an attitude and told me I was correct the lady confirmed what I was telling her. I asked her was she mad? She changed her demeanor then when I questioned her about being mad. Your customer service needs to learn to listen to the customer and not make them feel beneath them. Needless to say I am supposed to get a refund, but it takes 3 to 5 days and no email confirming the refund or conversation. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

Let people know business hours of pickup location so they get their full 24 hour rental when reserved online. I reserved for 10 am. Pick up location did not open until 1pm. I lost 3 hours of my valuable time due to this error. Also, make sure customer service is available when your customers call for 3 days straight to get an issue resolved. I waited on hold for 30-45 minutes with no answer 3 separate days, 4 times each day. I even had my wife call twice and she waited on hold for an hour each time. Absolutely unacceptable!

Very unprofessional staff. No one knew what they were doing. Computer was slow and kept freezing up. Jessica was very rude. It took over 45 min to get my truck and dolly. Truck was dirty.

The customer service person was very polite and organized. The truck was ready when we arrived. Would definitely use this location again.

They did not come out to unhook the trailer from the hitch. She instructed us to just drop it off behind the building. She did not assist. She came out the back door after we unhooked and was pushing the trailer into place. She said to just leave it. It was left sticking out from the others. The store encuronment of the location was not professional. Was this a convenience store or a thrift shop. It was hard to tell.
