The customer service we recieved from the Uhaul call center was absolutely atrocious and some of the worst customer service experience i have personally ever received. The location was nice and helpful

Robert WIt was the first time I ever used a location that was not an actual UHAUL location and it was decent. Jennifer JLocation is a smoke shop so they sell various paraphernalia associated with it. Also, had multiple checkout issues and was charged an extra $40 towsafe fee that I did not request. They were not able to remove it.
