The equipment (truck) was 4 quarts low of oil when I checked it at the pickup location, this should have been serviced before I received the keys! The equipment did not have cruse control!!! DAMN, has the purchaser of these trucks ever driven them across country 3K mi? Maybe then they will upgrade to cruse control it doesn't cost that much! (tip for users: wedge your foot between gas pedal and the engine cowling as a cruse control, your foot will go to sleep after a few hours but it works, good luck!)

I have rented equipment from this location at least 3 times this year. People are always good to deal with, but this time equipment was dirty and smelled. i.rejected first vehicle tha t i was picking up and second was only slightly better. all needed to be washed.

had a loose connection on one of the LED tail lights which caused it to go out. I moved the wire around a little bit and it came back on to soon go off again after hitting a few bumps in the road.

Maybe have the customer service reps who are sitting there acknowledge your presence and update the customer on who will be able to assist them. There was a guy sitting on the computer, just clicking away, and only glanced up for a moment and then back down. It left me unsure of what I was supposed to do and who I was supposed to talk to about my rental.

I have rented from Uhaul many times using the online booking with no problem. But this time when i showed up at the location near my home they did not have my trailer. They told me that my reservation was changed to another location in Livermore 17 miles away. They said someone should have notified me about the change but that never happened. I feel duped and that change cost me almost 2 hours of my time

We first reserved with the Pleasanton Store and they called last minute to tell us they didn't have the truck we reserved and sent us to the Livermore location. We returned the truck 20 minutes late due to the further distance and traffic and they charged us another full rental day. We have used uhaul many times over the years and will never use the Livermore location and will negatively review them on yelp and yahoo.

Way to much uncertainty if the truck will be available. Too much disconnect between national call center and local facility. Local facility needs to answer the phone and provide direct Information. To many last minute changes.

The van I had was 1/4 tank full. I filled it up similar to what I would fill up my car for the miles I would drive for this trip. I had plenty of gas left over. I did not need as much gas. It would be easier if tank was full from the beginning when I rented it.

The general manager is very unprofessional. Dismissive attitude. I was waiting to be helped. I asked for his assistance and he basically refused to help me. In the future I will go elsewhere.
