I was overcharged by $92. The representative wouldn't let me complete my mobile pick up and insisted on doing it herself. Obviously this is probably where the extra fees came into play. I rented for 4 hours, moved one thing and was charged $25 cleaning fee. Also I declined additional protection and this was charged as well . The other issue was they charged me for 2 periods. Ridiculous!!

Felt like I filled the gas gauge to the correct location 7/8 for charges for extra gas as the put it as if I returned at inbetween 3/4 and 7/8, but I actually used the van for less time than expected and for a refund so overall good experience but did feel cheated by the gas gauge

Not happy about sales tax of 18% Had to wait a long time to get checked in at the counter even though I registered ahead of time Cler changed what I did online rejecting insurance coverage to charging me $10 for it, which caused me to get manager involved and considerable delay to resolve it, I also wasn't informed by the website regarding additional Colorado fees charged For all the problems above, I would like to be refunded half of the $41 charged

The service personnel were friendly and rental was quick. The problem is I reserved a 15' truck and was given a 12' truck as the 15' truck was out. I own a trucking delivery business and explained the truck I was getting was 12' NOT 15'. The person(s) assisting said I was incorrect and I would see it was 15' when I got closer to it. I told them again, "nope, that is a 12' truck but they insisted it was 15'). I own both sizes in my business, it was clearly 12'. In any case, I had to get moving and take what was available. I "McQuivered" my items into the 12' truck but of course would have liked the extra needed space. The biggest issue here is that the rental personnel did not know the difference in sizes. I think that should change. When you need a certain size truck and reserve it everyone should be on the same page IMO.

The Convenience Plus service was great and it was close to my home which was bonus. My experience with the person on the phone at the U-Haul reservation number was not good. She had the rental return date wrong - the Convenience Plus fixed it for me when I called to confirm that they got the reservation.

The location was very convenient with easy access and refueling on site. The interior of the cab hadn't been cleaned. It was a bit dirty. Otherwise, the 15' truck performed well.

I'm more agitated with Corporate Uhaul, not the small franchises trying to generate more money. I had scheduled an appliance dolly to go with my rental truck, and I had to go to another location to retrieve it. On top of that the dolly had to be returned to the same location and not dropped off at my destination. It's pretty fucked up that Corporate Uhaul makes promises to it's customers, and doesn't help it's franchises out. Fuck you, Uhaul.

couple of things. Clean vehicle, particularly windows and outside mirrors. Make sure mileage and gas are correct when renting. Mileage was off 1 mile, but that's $.69/mile. Also fuel gauge was slightly below full and how does one fill it to the same level when refilling. Believe I am owed a credit.

When I reserved the truck I also rented 2 furniture dollys and 2 regular dollys. When I arrived to the store there was NO dollys at all and none anywhere else at another store. Then when returning the truck the clerk said o had to wait for 30 minutes for a receipt or he would email me one in 15 -30 minutes. Needless to say no email last night or this morning. I called the store and the clerk had no idea how to email one out so she tried to email me one from her account , but still nothing. I will never go to this locationagain due to the little to no training on U-Hauls part and not having the supplies customers request and expect to have on hand. Total fail and very unhappy

Location opens at 5AM, but U-Haul would only allow me to reserve after 9AM. The local representative at Convenience Plus was very helpful getting my truck earlier than U-Haul would allow. Movers were great! Very efficient and courteous.

The two shops Cross St and Ken Caryl were very kind and helpful and honest. Things had to change at the last minutes as u haul users before us didn’t return equipment as promised so the gentleman at Cross St went above and beyond to help us. The female at Ken Caryl was so nice and helpful they both deserve kudos for their part in making our move very successful. Thank you kindly!

It took over an hour and a half to get my truck. I had a reservation and an email the day before telling me it was there at the time I requested. However, the person handling was the only person working at the store, she had to take care of customers buying gas etc... Then she had trouble with my contract on the computer. She called UHaul to help but it was one problem after another at that location. They said they didn't rent trucks for one way service, only local. But they did have a truck designated for one way, which was the truck I eventually got. But they were unable to print my contract. I don't understand why. I was happy with the truck, I made my move but I hope Uhaul customer service improves. It shouldn't take that long to get a truck when it's been reserved 3 weeks in advance. I don't blame the person working at that location, it all seemed to be poor training and poor communication within the company.

When I rent the uhaul it was only little dirty and I just get my one stuff which is not included boxes but their was little dirt inside and when we went to return uhaul rental they say we have to pay $25 extra ????

The person helping with the rental was not trained on how to use the online rental program and was not able to answer my questions or give me specific instructions on what my responsibilities were as far as the rental agreement and returning of the vehicle. I felt bad because he wanted to be helpful but was not well prepared to assist.

This locations employees are not properly trained. Not only was I given the wrong information when picking up, I was not given a copy of my contract. When dropping off the employee didn't know how to enter the return of the vehicle so I had to wait until the manager could get to a computer and enter the info and I was not charged or given a receipt until a few hours later. I am competitive Unsatisfied with my experience with this location and UHaul as a whole. I am extremely angry and will never use this location, recommend this location or use and UHaul ever again. I will also never recommend UHaul to anyone and suggest that they use a different company altogether.

The check out process with Kitty, was great. When we got to our destination, we called to make sure we had the right address. I spoke with Daniel, who told me there was no record of me having rented the truck AND that we needed to drop the truck off at the same place, even though it was a one way rental. He gave me a number to call. I called the number he gave me, and there was no answer. I then called the time toll free number for UHaul and spoke with Mike. Mike was able to verify that we did have a one-way rental and gave us the address to the drop-off location.
