Trouble with On-line processing speed; dispute in overcharge for insurance coverage; Charge for mileage is excessive at $0.99 per mile, and it might have even been misrepresented in the reservation process...I thought it said $0.89 per mile. At a location not far from this one the mileage is $0.79 per mile....and last of all about mileage...where do you get the nerve to charge more than the typical government reimbursement rates of $0.56 per mile. I would like to find a better truck rental organization in the future. U- Haul used to have decent in town daily rates...now it's getting to the point where I have to pay $100 to move someone 10 miles. One last thing...get the fleet to fix their window wipers...it's the second time in 3 months where I've picked up a truck and the wipers are scrapping metal to the glass. WAKE UP. NOT HAPPY with U-HAUL. I could say worse things but I will reserve my comments and hope you get the message loud and clear anyway.

I rented the truck from one location and when I got there they sent me to the Farm Fresh Milk Store. When I picked up the truck it had a little over a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. My feelings on this new process rather then having a full tank and return it with a full tank is a way for the rental agent to make more money by not having to add as much gas. The device that the person had to use to check me in was this very small handheld device that did not work very well. In reference to the first location I should have been told to go to the new location by email before my pickup time so I could go straight there.

It was a convenience store and uhaul location. I had to wait quite awhile for customers to clear the convenience store before I could get help dropping off my trailer. This was not the preferred drop off location I selected when renting the trailer online. Kind of irritating.

Staff needs to be better trained. The area that has UHaul supplies needs to be tidy---not covered with miscellaneous stuff, open boxes, etc. There are two booths that seem to be part of the UHaul zone and they have so much stuff on them no one could sit there. I had reserved a truck by phone, yet no record could be found. Other customers were waited on repeatedly while I waited, and waited. Maybe there can be a way for me to check myself in, while folks paying for gas are serviced. There were problems with the truck, no straps were available as promised, and the appliance cart was forgotten, though I had been told it would be ready and waiting. Not a great experience. Seems more training or a different set-up is needed. It took close to an hour for me to get my reserved truck and leave.

The vehicle was unsafe to drive, the steering was out and it wobbled, I felt like there was no control over the steering. I drove it for 10 miles and returned it one hour later and did not haul anything. I returned it as I did not feel safe driving it, I don't feel I should have been charged. Please advise when I can expect a refund. Thanks

The "U-Haul" portion is just stuffed in to a small gas station/store, which is too bad. The gentleman that helped us was very nice. So the experience was excellent, the location needs help.

Do NOT rent anything from this location!! When I picked up the truck the kid working could have cared less. Come to find out he had marked that the truck had a full tank of gas when we got it. FALSE!! There was only 3/4 of a tank and that's where I filled it up to yet the guy working acted like he was doing me a favor by letting it "slide" this time. They also never recorded the mileage like they're supposed to before I picked up the truck. Therefore when I brought it back I was charged for the miles I used PLUS the miles the person before me used. I will NEVER rent from this location again and I will be taking to social media to warn others about this place as well.

Fazal Faizi (at the Farm Fresh Milk Store location in Littleton, CO) was one of the nicest, most helpful people that I have ever met. Through my poor planning, I had to receive another vehicle from another store, then I had to return my rentals to another store out of state and by far he was the nicest most helpful person that I spoke with at UHaul. He was very nice and helpful to all the people in his store and his excellent customer service is something that you no longer see in most businesses today. I cannot say enough good things about Fazal and my experience at his store. I am not sure what type of feedback loop you have but I would like for Fazal to be informed how pleased I was with his excellent customer service and also please inform anyone that oversees/directs/ or reviews these locations. His customer service will be the one thing that would bring me back to UHaul !!! The experience I had at his store made my out of state trip a pleasant experience because it gave me a glimmer of hope that some people still care about their customers and some people will try as hard as they can to help even if it takes time and resources. When I got there, appliance dolly which was promised was not available, so I had to return 2 hrs later at which time they had a couple come in. Would be nice to have more dollies on hand. That's it.
