I was not expected so clerk was surprised when I arrived. He was new and didn't know how to process the transaction. He had to call someone who walked him through it over the phone. it took over 40 minutes and much frustration to complete. Store was closed when I returned to drop off the truck.

Kind of a sketchy gas station. Not an actual uhaul location. The truck didn't have a ramp which I needed. I was loading some heavier items which would've been so much easier if I had a ramp. Then I received multiple receipts which all had different amounts. Very confusing. When I returned the truck they had no record of me even taking the truck and said the truck I was using was under a different name. I will not be using this location again.

Mark WThe location is super convenient for us but the people working there l, although very nice, knew very little about the rentals - Had us park the enclosed trailer on a slope but no chuks available to prevent it from rolling into the gas station pumps! We found some large rocks to put in front of the tires- Otherwise just fine
