It was Cory the manager that went beyond to make this rental the best ever. Uhaul was the big looser in this trip!!! NO MOVING PADS. If you run a rental moving company you need moving pads. I’ll think before renting again.

I got switched to this location from the Kanis location. I got a text, but did not realize that the switch had occurred, so I went to the Kanis location first. When I got to Col Glenn, They were training a new employee and forgot to put in the furniture dolly that I had rented. Also, there was a lock on the trailer. The manager did call me and let me know before I got home, so I was able to get the lock cut off at the Kanis location, but it was extra time.

First off they would not bring the rental to us as U-Haul say they provide then we rented for 24 hrs and only have us 6 then we rented for another 24 hrs and got called and threatened to get the police called on us then we brought the U-Haul back then they changed where the gas level was I am very unhappy and then they wanted to change our contract not worth the hassle very poor service don't no if I will ever use the company again

The day I picked this trailer up to rent, i contacted 3 different uhaul locations. While the first 2 i felt with where very unprofessional and weren't helpful in the least bit, this location blew me away with customer service. Cory helped me get my rental. By Cory's customer service alone, i am very impressed. Not only did he help me get my rental quickly, he also answered phones and assisted with a return by another customer during our process. Cory is a great asset to your team and I will continue to rent from him. Upon return, cory greeted me outside, in the rain, and assisted with getting the trailer removed from my truck. He thanked me for doing business with him and even asked about my trip. This kind of customer service goes a long way, if this can get back to him in anyway, please let him know how thankful I am for his help.

The manager at this location was wonderful and had great customer service. He actually had a 20' truck brought in from another location that would have been a long drive and difficult pick up for me. I am 68 and the truck that I used was terrible for a long move. It was a real gas hog and took a long time to go from stop to a reasonable speed, especially through intersections. Would have been nice to have some features like power windows and cruise control. The truck I drove from Texas to Arkansas 3 years ago was much better.

This is more of an issue for booking rather than the location. I received an email confirmation after booking the Kanis location. There were no additional emails or texts to say the location had changed to Colonel Glenn. I waited in line for 25 minutes at Kanis to find out that they didn’t have my rental since they didn’t have the type of trailer I booked. I then went to the Colonel Glenn location. On the way, I double-checked my email that stated Kanis was my pickup location. I then clicked the order number, and there in the browser, my new location was listed. But, why would I check the order number when I had a confirmation of time, equipment and a location? The experience at Colons Glenn was fine. Customer service was agreeable.
