Don’t estimate a 73.00 rental and turn around and charge them almost triple the amount. Don’t sit across from a customer on the phone with a manager and tel the person on the phone that the customer is practically lying. This was a horse shit experience and I will never use U Haul again-coming from someone who moves every 6-12 months.

I am trying to figure out how did I go from renting a pick up truck for 19.95 and .59 a mile with the 10.00 insurance to 70.00 when I only had the truck for about an hour and I didn't have to go far at all. The staff was nice though.

The customer service was the worse I have experienced yet! It took me standing in line 40 minutes to get taken care of. The young man that was working took a loooooong time discussing a charge with a customer while there were 6 people waiting in line. then when it was my turn he was soooo slow as he checked me out as if he was oblivious to our frustration and agitation to the long wait. He was the WORSE clerk and unprofessional. This experience has me looking for trailer to buy as I use this service every week and I want to avoid this type of experience EVER again.

I rented a truck, however once I got there I didn't see a truck on the lot. The young lady never said a word about not being a truck to rent she gave me keys to a van with no explanation. I will never rent from the Asher location again.

I paided over thirty dollars in gas, and I paid 88 dollars in gas, so I got over charged for gas and mileage 88 dollars. I had to put gas in the vehicle and I got charged for mileage to. I want to be reimbursed some of money

One person that I spoke with when trying to change my drop off location was incredibly rude and when I began to get angry she hung the phone up on me. When I called back someone else answered and they were incredibly nice and got me taken care of in no time. Also, I would say hire more people because the girl who took care of us when we picked up was super helpful, but so busy because it was Saturday and everybody was moving it seemed like.

Great service and great truck! I wish that I could get a refund on the amount of gas that I left in the truck after my rental. It was almost 1/2 tank. The gauge read nearly empty halfway through my rental. I put in $50 in gas, and returned the truck with an overage of twice what it had from the start.. My paper said 1/4 tank at rental. Cory at the store was super with the paperwork. I will rent from them again.

When you use a debit card it needs to be explained that the money will not only be on hold but it will be TAKEN out of your account there are 2 types of holds and this was not covered. Uhaul TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN IT TAKES A WEEK TO GET IT BACK!!!!! Vehicle had issues and they let me take it anyway, had the wrong vehicle reserved.... WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! Will go back to my Kanis location if I need a Uhaul!!!!!

Really, nothing. The only problem was that my name was misspelled on the original reservation so that even with the reservation number I couldn't access the reservation the night before and never got a confirmation. When I called in the morning, the staff at Col.Glenn cheerfully found the reservation and everything was fine, but it was nerve-wracking the night before. When we got there, the hook up was so fast and friendly I almost couldn't believe it! Many thanks to the wonderful staff there!

The woman was kind but the U-Haul center was extremely over booked and we had VERY difficult experience with the U-Haul storage center. I don't plan on using U-Haul again in the future.
