Colonel Glenn is the WORST Uhaul facility in Central AR. Horrendous personnel. NEVER answer the phone; they always let it roll to the national support line where no one EVER helps. Horrendous, dirty facilities. Not sure how/why Uhaul allows them to run a place this way. Facilities in NLR and Benton are FAR superior. Do NOT use Colonel Glenn.

I had selected to do the mobile pickup and thought that I would be able to get the truck before the location opened at 9. That was not the case but luckily the store opened up early and I was able to the rental very close to the time I requested. 🙂

I made several trips to the store on Col.Glenn, buying boxes and packing suppliies. I found friendly professional help everytime. I rented my truck there as well. First , I rented a truck too big, the owner went back and changed everything for a smaller truck. He was kind and considerate helping with my mistake. I had to extend the days, I used the truck. Again David, reworked his reservations to accommodate my dilemma. The store was well stocked and clean. The truck was clean, and well maintained. My overall experience was very good. Nothing about moving is easy, but It's great to work with a real professional when you don't know what you're doing.

The turn signals did not work. We spent over 2 hours trying to figure out if it was our suv or the trailer. We tried 2 different uhaul trailers and then wen yo lowers for a new adapter to realize both trailers lights didn't work. Driving long distance I didn't love that but I needed the trailer.

Well, my experience was sort of a disaster! The people were late returning the van, we lost the key and were unable to use it (stayed in my driveway the whole time!). However, the personnel were fabulous, especially Joseph the assistant manager. He went way above and beyond for me. Also. David the manager. They never acted like they were concerned about anything but me. I haven't had customer service like this in a long time.
