Everything, management terrible, customer service horrible, I was so late doing everything because of the onsite team that I missed work. The truck return was awful, I was in a dangerous dark road are, just to be told that the gate is locked, no key drop or anything. I made 2 reservations just to be safe and neither had anything I needed. The truck was on empty when I picked it up and it sounded as if it would break down at any given second. I honestly don’t know how this U-Haul is still in business. The customer service workers are clearly in informed. My prices changed dramatically every 15 minutes and I opted for express checkout prior to my visit and it still took almost 3 hours to get my reservation handled. Definitely contacting corporate.

The strap on the car dolly was defective. Though the attendant and I checked the security of the hitch as I left and along the ~100 mi trip, when I drove the car off the hitch disengaged and damaged my tailgate and the bumper!

The rental counter is all the way at the back of the store and it was covered in junk, paperwork and was just absolutely unorganized. We had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and then had to wait a bit longer for him to come back to us. They could at least have a presentable counter to conduct transactions on for the customers and be prompt. I wouldn't utilize this location again.

The locations never know what extra supplies are ordered - i.e. hand trucks, dollies, blankets, etc. You need to show the locations that information. And you need to keep them stocked w/ these supplies.

The person who assigned us the truck was being passive aggressively rude. The person knew that our reservation was due at 6 PM and the store closed at 5 PM. I was not aware and a friendly reminder could've been useful. Upon arriving, I had a friend drop me off with his car and when returning at the site at 5:27 PM the gates were closed and there was no drop box available. I ended up having to drive back (adding more miles) home and had to refill the tank twice. My friends car was still stuck in the lot and he later had to call a lyft early in the morning to retrieve it. We all ended up late to work having to deal with this. Truck had a musty smell to it.

Don't change a customers order from what they have online and have what the customer request and pay for available at the location of choice.

They rented me defective merchandise and then instead of compensating me for them renting me defective merchandise they charge me over $100. It was okay for them to let me defective merchandise and complete the rental as if nothing had happened and then charged me again because I had to rent another piece of equipment for another hundred plus dollars.

When I return the truck using my debit card and they was trying to take all the money than deducted from my balance I had to call my bank and the u_haul company to get it resolved where there almost 2hour too get a answer.

First impression through the phone was not so good. I was basically told that everyone was too busy to check if there was a truck available same day, next day but once I came in, the whole staff was helpful and friendly. Very informative and concerned. There wasn't many working so they were not afraid to let you know they will be right back with you, but kept their word. I was accommodated tremendously due to the truck I ordered not being delivered on time! They reached out twice and had no issue with giving me a truck double the size ordered to accommodate. Easy and fast process. Was able to move within two hours and return truck for LESS than expected. I'm overall happy and will use them again!

I would recommend anyone who chooses to use uhaul rent from the counter and not the app. The app tells you one thing while the store says another. For example, this location closes at 6 (including the gates) but my rental was scheduled for a self drop off return at 11pm. The Uhaul customer care was not very knowledgeable as to what I should do. Overall the truck provided the service we needed it for.

The dolly I wanted wasn't available, so the location had to upgrade me to the more expensive dolly. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
