were told the shop closed at 2. Returned truck before 2 and the customer waiting for our truck was there. She was told the shop closed at 5. I prefer honesty in my dealings with vendors.

I was charged double than what I was supposed to. And nobody can help me except the initial location which just happens to have office hours that are not very convenient. I would like a location manager or regional manager to please contact me immediately and fix this expensive error that was not my fault.

This location and the people that worked at it were great; however, my U-haul experience in general was terrible. The U-haul system is horrendous. After spending one hour at the location with the employees doing everything they could both on-line and on the phone. I was finally told that everything was taken care of by "traffic" and that I was free to go. Upon arriving at my destination, I get a phone call from U-haul saying that I must return everything and go back and complete the paperwork that we were told taken care of by "traffic" not only had I just spent an hour trying to fight through system glitches and being told by a U-haul representative that everything was covered, I had to return using even more of my valuable time to complete paperwork that, come to find out, was already completed. I doubt that I will ever use u-haul services again. Budget and Hertz will be getting my next business and since I am in the military and move often, I am will be needing their services a lot. You can bet that I will tell all of my soldiers and friends to use other options before using u-haul as well.

I did go to one before this excelent one, the one before I actually made arrangements with but when I went to pick up the trailer no one opened the gate and or even answered the phone, nor called to confirm but they did send me a conformation email. My equipment was not there nor was it ready for me. Which warrants the $50 refund that you advertise. I was called by the 2nd U-Haul place cause I was going to order from them originally but I thought the other place was closer so I changed my mind. If you can and would honor your stated word on that $50 bucks that could help me a lot. Thanks 602-483-0750 Sheila Thomas
