Reserved truck online and default rental time set for 4 hours. Assumed all rentals were daily. Had truck over 4 hours, shop manager called to inform me that they were charging me for another day. My son returned the truck after about 6 or so hours total, I had purchased the rental insurance - the gentleman told my son that he was giving me a $14 credit since I was upset about being charged for an additional day. This was not a “credit” - the man simply elected to not charge me for an additional day of insurance coverage..... I will be contacting corporate to discuss this matter further. still irritated. Otherwise, quick and exceptional service

I did not receive a receipt for my original contract. I got a final for my milage, but not one for my total bill. Please fix this ASAP!.

No receipt provided attendant did not know procedure or what to do. I was charged without a full explanation of extra charges and hand written receipt. Fuel filling system is setup to make it confusing and to get customers to fill more than supposed to. In general a horrible experience feel I should be reimbursed and don’t see how UHaul would remain in business for much longer if this is the service level you are committed to providing.

Stop charging for services that the customers opt out on. Also stop changing the original contract that was made online. It would greatly benefit customers to understand your Uhaul representative. When you have someone that speaks broken English while being on the telephone not wanting to be bothered it is very hard to get your business taken care of correctly.
