Grado:

The mileage on the truck and the amount of gas in the truck were not the same as in the computer. I was made to pay the difference. next time I will thoroughly inspect the truck and paper before I drive off. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and failed to confirm the amounts. The proprietor did not even go out to the truck before turning it over to me. I was very disappointed in my experience.

I understand that this pick up location does not work for uhaul, but did not know any basic about uhaul, such as, how much each additional mile is after the base milage of 32 miles. And even though we were the only people there, it still took some time to go through the pick up process. They did know how to use the system very well.

The gentleman who checked me out didn't even know how to use the computer system. He had invalid characters entered and he didn't know what that meant. He had me enter all the information on the system, even though I did it online. I asked about the utility dolly I ordered, and he didn't know what a utility dolly was-he brought out the furniture dolly instead and asked if that was what I meant. Once the transaction was completed, he handed me the keys and said goodbye-he didn't show me which truck it was, no dolly, no moving blankets. I had to ask about all of them. The truck was parked behind a huge sign and in front of a house-he didn't offer to move the truck or help guide me out so I wouldn't hit anything-it's a good thing I had someone with me! Terrible place! It gives uhaul a bad name!

The U-haul man was not there. The man who was there barely spoke English and was not helpful in putting the trailer at the gas station. I will not get anything there again.

I was having several issues trying to redeem a gift card. The clerk there spent a half an hour with me, made phone calls, and got it to work. I really appreciated him not giving up, and working with me until the issue was resolved!

My sales person talked on the cell phone throughout the transaction and was more concerned with his personal call than getting me what I needed to be on my way. I was pleased with my U Haul experience but will deal with a different location next time.

The employee received my keys back at 9:20 am on nov. 12 . Truck was due at 9:30. He was a clerk at a convenience store and didnt check me in until i left at 9:47 . He then charged me an extra day resulting in 44 $ extra . Im waiting for refund. Thanks Ed

The attendant was not with U Haul & told me I owed him an extra $25.00. I said NO. Later he said he was kidding.

Truck was returned to this location 2 hours prior to the end of the 48 hour rental period. Employee was not interested in looking at the truck in any way - said everything was fine. Next day I receive an invoice for an additional $40 for an additional rental day. The invoice says the truck was returned approximately 20 minutes after the deadline. Next day (today) I returned to the drop off location to discuss the problem. Employee says no problem, call this 800 number and I would be credited the $40. I told him it is already a problem because I am having to deal with it. He says it was a mistake - which I doubt! I called the 800 number and am told it will take three days to investigate the problem which could have been avoided if the employee had been competent-or perhaps honest.

I returned the vehicle using the night drop box, but prior to doing so took a picture with the mileage and fuel status. When I received my bill, there was $52.50 fuel charge. The picture from when I returned the vehicle clearly shows the fuel is above the level at which I checked it out. The return facility is trying to unreasonably add charges. Poor selection of a uHaul partner.

Shawn (I don't know if that is the proper spelling of his name...he is the owner) Is a superstar!!! What an incredibly pleasant experience!!! He made it quick and easy for me and made me feel like I made a friend in my new town!! I'll be getting all my gas and convenience store items from him now!!! A 10 out of 10 experience!!!!!!!
