Experience was perfect and delightful!!!!!!! The van was super clean and shiny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used the mobile return option when I returned the truck so I did not interact with any person at the site. The site was in fact closed when I arrived there but that was ok with me. By the time I got here I was COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED with U-Haul and just wanted to be DONE!! This WAS NOT the original drop-off location that I was given. The original location was Highway 8 Self Storage 17086 Lake Blvd Shafer, MN 55074. When I arrived at the ORIGINAL location it was closed even though it says it's a 24-hr drop-off location. There was a security fence around the place requiring a code to gain access. I spent nearly an hour calling various phone#'s on signs at the gate and never got any one to answer. I finally called the main U-Haul phone# and was able to talk to a real person. She tried to be helpful but in the end she decided that best thing to do was to send me to a nearby drop-off location, which is the Wally Carlson & Sons location in Lindstrom MN.
i returned the trailer a day early but still got charged for 2 days
computer system did not work which delayed the process

My original pickup location was Coon Rapids. The day before I picked up, I got a text saying that my reservation was being moved to Lindstrom, 45 minutes away The staff was fantastic, but I would have been a lot happier if I only had to drive 10 minutes each way to pick up the truck rather than 45.
They always go above and beyond in their customer service.

I thought the drop location would be a U-Haul office It turned out to be a gas station with a key drop box. I did not know I needed the app either. Should have been warned how 24x7 drop off works

The U Haul pick up, and drop off locations were great. Corporate customer service was appalling. Your message said you want feedback to improve customer satisfaction - and I tried on three different phone calls to change my reservation. First before I picked up the rental. Second the day of my rental pick up. And, third the day after rental. I knew my rental dates needed to change from a two day rental to a one day rental. I thought it would be easy to change the date, and therefore change the amount of the rental charge. I picked up my rental at 8:30 AM, and returned the rental the same day at about 6:00 PM a full two days before required. I thought it would be easy to receive a refund of a days rental since U Haul had the rental available to rent, AND UHaul corportate had told me that demand was very, very high and I must reserve days or weeks in advance for my rental because of demand. The pick up, and drop off sites said I should easily receive a refund. I DID NOT, AND CORPORATE UHAUL REFUSED TO PROVIDE A REFUND. Corporate UHaul should provide reasonable customer service, and not double-dip on reservation income. This is appauling, AND THEREFORE I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, AND I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED A NUMBER OF ASSOCIATES ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. My move was a pleasure except for the rental organization I chose which caused a lot of frustration, and disappointment over a simple transaction which showed no grace at all.

Truck roof was leaking. The leak was coming from many different areas. Many on my personal items got wet.

The contract was written at Chisago Hardware Store but they didn't tell me I had to pick up the truck in Lindstrom. The guy called me Thursday to let me know I could pick up the truck earlier than 4 o'clock on Friday. At 4:15 on Friday he calls to ask me if I was coming for the truck because he was closing at 4:30 and that he was in Lindstrom. He told us we could drop the truck at the Bait Shop in Harris, and we did that Sunday night. Two days later I get a call from Uhaul asking where the truck was and when was I returning it. The lady said that place was closed and she get someone out there to get it. Thursday I get another call asking where the truck was. I told her the story and I hope they found the truck.

I returned the trailer on time to the location I was told return it to. Yet somehow the trailer was "lost". It took over a week to get everything straighend out and now I have an invoice stating I owe over $100 for your mistake. I will not be paying for your mistake. I'm very dissatisfied with uhaul and will be using a different moving service from now on.
