they charge me extra without telling me. I ask for and extended time was told for one more additional charge. so the total was going to be ruffly around 70-80 dollors but instead was charde $54 then $37 then $76,$37 again this is not what I was told over the phone. so fuck U-haul very dissatisfied.

The door was extremely difficult to open and we were told we just need to hit around the outside of the door little because of the snow and ice, so we did and finally got it open. However, every stop was horrible because it didn't want to open. There was rust everywhere and it was also difficult to close (probably because of rust)!!

Get some help for the poor girl that runs the place alone. She could not leave the store, and told me where the trailer was parked and to hook it up myself. She also had to email my receipt because her printer was out of toner.

I was told to put 6 gallons in the truck when I picked it up. I fueled it up with that amount but it was JUST UNDER the amount I picked it up from and was charged $47. If I had known it was going to be this ridiculous fee I would've just paid to fill up the whole truck, which would've been a service to uhaul. Absolutely horrible communication.

The box of the truck wasn’t really swept out, and there isn’t anywhere to park a car at this location, which isn’t the worst, but is inconvenient having to go with someone to pick up the truck and drop it off. My uhaul confirmation email said that a uhaul rep would call me to verify equipment and location available, and I never heard from anyone. I had to reach out to this gas station myself (both phone numbers I found online are not correct), but thankfully they answered their Facebook messages.

My wife stopped at Wright Way Fuel last Tuesday to reserve a 5 x 8 trailer for Friday. The clerk told her she would not have to reserve one since they had 15 available. I went to pick up the trailer on Friday and they said they did not have any but would call some of the other locations to try and find one but could not find one available at any of the other locations in Lincoln. I had to end up taking a 4 x 8 trailer which did no work real well. This is not the first bad experience at this location.

I was charged for two days when I dropped off my rental Uhaul within the 24 hour period. The lady at the desk said she would just email me a receipt, now I wish there was a different way get proof of drop of times. VERY upset.

HAVE ALL THE LIGHTS WORKING ON THE TRAILER. THE FLOOR IN THE CENTER OF THE TRAILER WAS BROKEN AWS WAS VERY SOFT (MUSHY) WHEN STEPPED ON.

My experience with this rental was frustrating, When I went to reserve a trailer for the next day the clerk did not know how to reserve a trailer or even what the cost of it would be. I had to call back and speak to someone else the next day. When I returned the trailer 2 days later she did not know how to check it in and did not know how to give me a receipt and said she would send me a receipt via email which I never received. I will not go back there to rent another trailer. I have rented U Haul trailers for 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Overcharged for taking the trailer back 2 hours late on a Sunday so it could sit in the lot unused Rental car companies have a grace period Considering traffic delays etc

I used the truck for a total of about 45 min. I think that if you pay for 4 hours and you return it early, you should get a chunk of the $40 you spent back. I would use it all the time if it worked that way.

I had a very bad experience with the north 48th store. The manager is very abrasive. Due to an error on another employees mistake my billing was incorrect. The manager at north 48th street had me leave the location to fix the companies error and would not work with me to resolve my situation. Which put me in an awkward position because I am from out of state and had no place to go back to. To my surprise the people at the store down on SOUTH 48th street went above and beyond to fix my issue. The district manager, took me back to north 48th street and helped me retrieve my vehicle then took me back to SOUTH 48th street and the manager at SOUTH 48th fixed my billing issue, then to top it all off the district manager took me to the highway and showed me how to get where I was going. That is what I call 5 STAR customer service! I honestly believe that if there was a Golden U-haul Customer service award it should go to; 1)The young lady working the counter that day who called her manager and district manager when she realized that a customer was stuck and had issues, and not telling me to go somewhere else. 2)The manager for driving in to work to help resolve the issue. 3)The district manager for implementing and resolving the issue and physically loading and attaching the equipment and safely escorting me to my destination.
