We would rate it a 5 out 5. Van was exceptionally clean and low mileage. The service of renting the van and its return was fast and efficient.

The check-in process was simple and quick. However, the unfortunate part is that I had been told there were no tow dollies at this locations nor were any scheduled to be returned there. However, when parking the dolly there were two tow dollies sitting there and at least one of them was clearly the same as the one we had driven over 70 miles roundtrip to pick up. Had I known that I would've saved a lot of time and money.

The two young gentleman who were manning the store were doing a good job. The volume of work at the time seemed high causing the store to appear understaffed. I would recommend fueling the trucks up prior to rental. I’ve rented trucks from this location twice in four months and both times got the truck with little fuel in it.

I believe I left my glasses in the truck I rented. They are in a black Wylie X case. My only source of frustration with my experience is I couldn't get someone inside the store to answer the phone. Consequently I was routed to a service center that double booked the truck I rented. I just wanted to talk to local people.

Only put good, sound trucks on the road after careful maintenance. Stop pretending to clean the trucks when really they are not! Stand by your quotes regardless if a customer arrived early to their destination. Hire pleasant, and courteous people, not non~chalant people & people who do not care about your travel experience like Jamie in Leesburg, Florida. She has a terrible disposition & uncaring & unprofessional attitude. Sometimes we can become complacent in our positions. After the price of $1160 that I paid, I particularly have several issues that needed to be addressed as well as the way I was treated upon my arrival to Leesburg. Most people don't complain & this is why U~Haul is like it is now. It is supposed to be a reputable company but to my surprise & disappointments, I have looked at U~Haul in a totally different way. I feel for what I paid, the truck was raggedy as well as crappy service. Thank you.

My biggest frustration with the rental process is that I requested a truck and trailer at a specific location (one block away from my house) and then I received an email stating that I was going to get my rental from a different location, over 10 miles away, and that my rental time had been changed and moved forward four hours. When I called to follow up on all these changes, I was told I’d have to pay the mileage in town, which was only an additional 20 miles, but it’s the principal of the matter that I requested and was approved for a location a block away and then not given a choice in the matter when it was changed. Had I not complained about the hours change, I would have had to slrearrange my entire schedule. My point is that if you’re going to allow someone to book a rental for a specific location and a specific time, maybe you shouldn’t change it on them or tell them it’s acceptable and in stock.

Slow service, not much hustling, was less than a hour late, charged for another full day. I understand a late fee....but, not a whole day! You can't predict the traffic, when returning!! Probably will not return for your business.
