we were very pleased with the service and the truck and trailer. certainly did not plan on having to rent , but things happen and we needed to get the car home since our truck and trailer broke down. thank you for your service and the truck drove very nice and the trailer pulled very good.....nice employees too....

Uhaul as a company has shady business practices. They double charged my credit card and when I went to the local location to talk about it they could not help me and referred me to the corporate number. When I call the corporate number a week after my rental they told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for them to credit my card back. It had already been 5 business days. I was told to wait 3 more business days and it would be returned. It was not. I called a week later and called back again and they had to get in touch with their credit card company to see why it wasn’t returned. I was then told they immediately reimbursed me and I would have it credited back to my card in “3-5 business days, but probably less”! If I was a person who didn’t check my accounts often, this double charge would have gone unnoticed. These are poor pooor business practices. Shame on you uhaul for trying to make more money than you already did from me!!! I will never use your business again!!

The 800-U Haul number is a disaster. I will NEVER use that format to reserve a UHaul in the future. Created so many problems. My bill was incorrect. Young man did not know how to fix it. The gal on the toll free number had my reservation totally incorrect which created way too many phones call with Uhaul.

When we arrived to pick up the truck we had reserved, there was nobody in the store. The representative that finally helped us was not terribly professional. When we checked the truck in the next day, the representative assisting us with the check in hardly looked up from the device in his hand to engage with us and would trail off in the middle of sentences and walk around the truck away from us, like he wasn’t paying attention to what he was saying. I wanted to be sure we had taken care of everything we needed to before we left and it was hard to do so when the person helping us hardly glanced at us. The truck got us where we needed to go, but overall, not impressed with customer service at this location.

The truck I received was a horrible ride. 12 hours from Ohio to Alabama and every single thing in the road was felt. Not comfortable at all.

It took 2 weeks to get the equipment I wanted at the location i wanted and when I went to pick it up they had 2. When I went to drop it off at 3 in the afternoon it was packed. had to unload trailer myself and move from front lot to back lot. Also i see i have been charged twice for the trailer on my debit card, states pending but we'll see. Hope i don't have to go back in to clear this up!

I reserved this truck at a different office. An office near the new residence in which I was moving to. The original customer service rep did not tell me that trucks are not picked up or dropped off there without a HUGE charge about double of what I DID end up paying. The only positive about the experience was my charge per mile was cut by a meesely 20 cents per mile which helped a little but not enough to pay for the fuel I needed to pay for after the fact, not to mention the 40 more miles that had to be driven.

I was charged a 2 day rental for a car trailer I had for 8 hours. I was told that I could return the trailer after hours out back and that they check all returns in the following morning. I’m calling tomorrow morning hoping they refund some of the rental fee. Very unhappy right now!

I did a night drop after hours and it always makes me nervous to just drop and run. Never know what your going to get charged with. Lady called me the next morning and apologized that the had to charge me $1.24 extra because I was over my miles by 2.9 miles. That's great if you ask me. Nothing to apologize for. I appreciated they cared.

I'm not sure who. But someone charged my card $427 for damages. I was in fact not the person driving the truck. This process was highly illegal using someone's card without their permission. Hopefully no criminal charges come further, for your sake. Thank you.
