I ordered to drop the truck at a location closer to where I was going and then after I left I received a text to drop the truck at a location more inconvenient for my trip. Still charged more for mileage and it took me more time and was in a down town location which we ended up getting lost and more stress.

DON'T JUST DISCARD THIS COMPLAINT!!! I was refused to let a very capable 2007 Ford Explorer, with a class 3 hitch, pull this trailer. I had to barrow a vehicle to use this trailer. Take action on this or I will be looking for someone else to rent from and I work at a Ford plant in Lima where others will feel the the same. PLEASE RESPOND, AND NOT WITH SOME GENERAL LETTER. Do not notice the charged on the original receipt for pads and a dolly I did not get or request. Feels like a sneek charge. Charge and dolly never discussed. Beware of using them.

Had an issue finding key drop off. Yes there was sign saying drop off here. Based on previous experience figured that was just for vehicle drop but that was during the day time so just left keys in ignition as directed by outside check in guy. This drop off was in middle of night at like 2:30 - 3 am ish. It had been a really long day.

When we went to pick up the trailer the guy wasvery unprofessional left peopme waiting not even speaking to them. Then dropping it off the guy named Evan was on his phone the entire time not even paying attention. Left us outside didnt even come out. Sent my son inside and he looked at him went rifht back to his phone. Came out for us back it in the spot and still had his phone out and was more concerned with that then doing his job.

The review said that the gas mileage says it's supposed to be approximately 10 mpg. We averaged 4 mpg, from ohio to kansas.

1 out of 3 times reserving a truck, we actually got one, but it was out of town and we had to pay the extra milage. Reserving a truck is pointless other than to just give you false confidence so you don't rent from a different company. The last U-Haul truck we reserved, this time a 17' truck, a week in advance, wasn't available either! A day before we were due to pick it up we were told that only a 10' truck was available. We told them to forget it and we rented the size we wanted from Pensky's - with no reservation. Don't waste your time with U-Haul.

There was only one guy working at 4:00 on Sunday afternoon when the office closed at 5:00. 5-6 people were trying to return rentals. It took over 1/2 hour just to return the trailer I rented. Not the guys fault but the store was very poorly staffed.

You can make sure that you reserve the size of truck requested or at least offer the next size up at the same price. I ordered a 10ft truck but was given a 15ft truck instead even though there was 3 10 footers on the lot. I was also told that I would have to pay the difference for your mistake. I just feel that this was a bait and switch tatic on your part. The place that I dropped the truck did make adjustments so everything is fine on my end but it did aggravate me when I picked the truck up.

The guys working there didn't have a clue what was going on. When I returned the dolly the guy said he was going to charge my card. I told him it already was. His reply was well if they double charge just call in. I asked to make sure they didn't he said just watch your account. That all was after I waited for ever for someone to help along with the rest of people there. Over all of go somewhere else next time

Well I had reserved a box truck. However your employee made a mistake, and got the contract wrong. I got stuck with a cargo van and had to make twice the trips and twice the work. I am 68 years young, I do not appreciate doing twice the work, especially when I am forced to it due to lack listening skills
