Stop contracting with this location. Owner was 90 minutes late arriving to location and had to check in the truck before turning it over to me; he did not have a dolly and told me to go pick it up at another location; truck had approximately 1/4 tank of gas for a long one-way trip. An overall disaster of an experience.

I had a reservation at Elida rd location. Nobody showed uo to open the store. Put me 2 hrs behind on my move to scramble to fund another truck. Yes this location helped but my overall experience with uhaul was not good.
David LThe one stop shop owner did not know what to do or how to go throughout the process. It took me over an hour to get a trailer I already reserved.
