What good is asking if the equipment needs anything if you aren't going to follow through? I noted the smell and the tire pressure light being on when I dropped it off and you rented it out again a couple of hours later without doing anything about either one. I know because the drop off location was a grocery store and they called me asking how to get into the truck because the next renters were there to get it!
Rebecca BIncrease the allowed mileage for one way rentals. I'm not going from the pickup location straight to the drop off location... its ridiculous. The staff at the pickup location was kind, thorough and accommodating.
