Josh D.The Dolly they rented to us was really old and wheels were super loud and didn't turn well. We didn't even end up using it, because it was such a chore to even get it to roll on it's own. We chose a location closer to us, but U-Haul changed us to this location without even asking us if it was okay to change. They just sent an email. When we called U-Haul, they just said they would charge us more money if we chose a closer location.
