Well I should have driven another eleven miles and dropped off the dolly in Cayce S.C. I was first told that I could not leave the dolly there and had to return to Dutch Fork. Even though I was charged and funds deducted the moment I rented the dolly. I was told that could drop off at ANY Uhaul facility. I've rented from uhaul before but next time I'll use another supplier.

We had tofind another drop from the original drop spot as they were no longer in business. Youneed to keep your dealers list more updated for correctness. Also a 30 minute wait to talk to a rep to correct this problem is ridiculous

I would like to say that Lonnie Keisler the owner of Kolor by Keisler is a very understanding respectable business man. He was very concerned with the manner of the equipment that was rented to us. I want thank him and his staff for being so understanding.

The Rep at Kolors began with a confrontational attitude about the UNMARKED damage to the truck until I showed her the photos of the other Rep at Harris Auto Sales, pointing to the damage. When I mentioned the exact mileage discrepancy, she adopted the attitude of, 'Take it up with U-Haul but you will be charged for it'. To improve; you should start putting your customers wishes and convenience before those of your company. Stop making US jump through hoops to get what WE want. Fill the tanks, move vehicles to the requested pick up points, stop changing details like number of days requested, drop off points, and allow enough miles to cover the WHOLE move, NOT just house to house.
