My experience was first class. I will not hesitate to use this location again!! One suggestion: Having a second person in the store to process rentals. Other customers who came in the store for general purchases were kept waiting while my rental was processed. The same happened when I returned the truck. I had to wait approx. 30 minutes while another rental was being processed and while the employee had to wait on other customers. I simply suggest this because there is an easy fix. The employees who processed my rental and my return were excellent!Charles M.

I made a reservation a few days ahead at a different location. They had no trucks so they sent me to another location, they had trucks but were all broke down. Finally I got sent to the third location and they had a truck available. Reservation was pointless.Corey D.
Only one person working, taking care of store customers' purchases while taking care of my transaction. Charged me for gas when I clearly returned the truck with more gas than it had when I rented it. Took another 20 minutes for a refund to be authorized. We had tried to pick up from a local dealership that morning, and the experience was nothing like what we received from Ashely(?) at Pickett Mart. Our reservation (prepaid) was to pickup at a location (Cheap gas station) in North Charleston, SC, but when we arrived, the facility did not have the two furniture dollies we paid for, nor was there reservation system working. We then had to go to another location to pick up the dollies, and then a third location to pick up the truck. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to finally secure our rental. I went online to UHaul to rent a 10ft Truck and instead of being charged 0.69 per mile I was charged 0.99 per mile. I called customer service which got me nowhere. I am beyond angry at this price. Its a scam.Ella D.
Young lady was very personable and polite. However, you should never assume to charge the customer before verifying the method. You charged my credit card without asking if that was what I wanted or another method of payment. Not happy about that.DANIEL M.

When i called to reserve my truck i reserved the biggest one they had the guy told me he had one and when i went to pick it upit was a small truck and he said im sorry this is all i have and i had to start moving asap and then i put a $100 deposit down the guy said i would get back when i returned the truck welli had to have the truck an extra couple hrs when i called the guy he said o thats fine as long as you have it back by today and i asked him how much more it would cost me for those few hours he said oh it wont cost u a thing as long as you have it back before todays over.i said ok i just need it for maybe a hr longer he said youre perfectly fine. Well after i return the uhaul he calls me the nxt day saying i owed $129 for keeping it past the time it was suppose to be returned i told him i filled the tank completely up and u said i wouldnt be charged for the extra hour i had it he said oh no i didnt mean not charged i meant it would charge u also i didnt get none of my deposit back. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with UHAUL! After MULTIPLE complaints filed, I finally got a call back 4 days later. Not to mention I had to leave belonging behind because I was given a smaller truck than I reserved! I can't get those belongings back. HORRIBLE experience!!!Shelley S.
