BE READY FOR THE CUSTOMER! I arrived at the pick-up location, at the requisite time and that was when it began..... The customer service was satisfactory but they were in no way ready for me. So after a half an hour, searching the parking lot for a truck that was not even there and helping the staff hook up the trailer. I was finally on my way!!! The staff actually looked at me funny when I said I had a reservation.... Why have a reservation process when the staff is not going to be ready anyway!

When Ken Jobe got in the truck to check the mileage and move it to a different parking location he was backing up and ran right into a parked car on his lot. It was his property-junk car but nevertheless. Not a good thing and I couldn't see what damage may have been done to the back of the Uhaul truck.

The lady that helped me was a fill in for the day. She was a little slow but pleasant. The regular lady took the day off and did not put ink in printer so I could not read the copy given to me. Otherwise no problems whatever.
