At first I wasn't sure since it is a small antique store at the end of a residential street, but I liked it after I had time to think about it. I will say the Asian fellow was very respectful and professional. He is a good representative for the company.

The jack on the trailer did not work properly to raise up for connection with my vehicle. Inhad to pull up on the jack while the attendant cranked it in orddr for the gear to engage and allow the stand to raise up. This took about 10-15 minutes just for us to hook the trailer up.

This was not our selected location for pick-up.The first preferred was changed without any notification. Then the person delivering the truck to new location did not leave the keys. The owner was not remorseful or helpful. Your representative, Stacey, in Louisville, saved the day. She was responsive and helpful. She is a rock star and deserves recognition!

The original U-Haul location that I was assigned to return my auto transport turned me away without any notice saying their lot was full. I had to hold on-line on Saturday, August 15 for 45-minutes to connect to a representative who re-dispatched me to the Ugly Duckling. Here, I was greeted with speed and respect.

The attendant here was super friendly, checking if we needed to change pickup time or vehicle without additional cost. Super flexible and helpful! Much appreciated! In spite of the store location appearing to be in an awkward spot, it was very easy getting in and out. Cool antique shop as the base was a bonus for browsing!
