This location is poor. The lady when I returned the equipment didn't look up to talk to me. I got a 20.00 charge for turning in late that was never discussed at rental. I will most likely not use uhaul ever again which is a huge part of my company
What I disliked is that your not informed about uploading pictures of the gas gage and mileage ahead of time. Also the app doesn't allow you to upload a picture you already took. You have to take it in the app at the present time. I was screwed out my money for extra fees cuz I could not upload a picture I already took. Reason being is I already dropped the key in the security box and locked the truck up and then found out I had to do all this for after hours turn in even though the sign on metro towing said open and they weren't.

The guys at the shop seemed uninterested. Their Internet suddenly stopped working when I showed up to check out the truck. I ended up having to spend 20 minutes checking out the truck on my phone, and had to walk a block over then back after taking pictures. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took 30. Honestly if the guys at the shop gave a crap, it would've been an ok experience but I wasn't so lucky.
The return process was inconvenient with having to take several photos and utilizing the â€œfind my locationâ€ option didn't work for quite some time.
The coupler was bent. Had problems hooking & unhooking trailer from truck. Had to use pry-bar to unhook.
Very good experience. Aubrey was friendly, quick and efficient. In and out in a flash after using the online registration.
Call and inform me that they did not have the Dolly i ordered
My fault I didn't have my appliance dolly on my reservation this location was out I had to go to main Uhaul center on Leestown Rd. when arrived and ask for the dolly they said yes sir we have it no charge and gentleman was already loading it in my truck great service !!! from name I know and trust U-haul !!!

The inside of the truck smelled of urine & cigarette smoke. I was also charged for a utility dolly that was unavailable & I did not get to use.

There was only one person working, but Shannon was very helpful. It would've been nice to have the vehicle brought to me instead of having to walk to it. But again that's probably because she was by herself
I had trouble with the online check in and the employees were no help. Said I had to call the 1-800 number. The van was not parked on the street like the instructions said, but in the lot. The keys were not in the lock box. Had to ask. Good thing I got there early, because I would not have been able to get the van once the location closed for the day. It also took 40 minutes to get the van... between the location and the multiple confirmations as to who I am...
Very convenient because the lady at the desk took care of me without me doing anything. Walked to frontdoor, she came out meet me and took my driver's license and brought it back to me in couple minutes with the truck keys and forms. Gave me some quick instructions and left. Even easier to drop off, same girl. My drop off took less than one minute.

Uhaul changed my pre-selected drop off location (Metro) to a different location without notifying me until I was completing mobile return. Customers pick a drop off location for convenience and Uhaul changing it is not helpful. It is not my responsibility if the location doesn't need that equipment its yours.
Again, it was convenient. A lot of equipment everywhere so difficult to find space to leave it. There was only a small foyer area and the sign said one person only. It was hot and I waited outside for about 10 minutes. I saw the sign stating that I could checkout online via app so I was able to checkout that way.
I have rented two vehicles recently. They were both fairly clean, but didn't look deliberately cleaned after the last customer. There was also no mention or indication that they were disinfected for Covid between customers.
