I showed up 20 minutes early and the business was locked up , I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 4:30, I had an appointment to pick up furniture at 5, the guy shows up at 4:50 rushes me through everything, I tell him the left rear wheel sensor says low on air, upon looking it was low, I told the gentleman hey this sensor says tire is low, he says it always says that your fine and sends me out with a low tire, he promised to discount the bill for all the problems but didn't, poor facility.

The whole experience was not good. Never saw the dealer, had trouble getting the cargo van we had reserved. At time of reservation, gave debit card to hold reservation with instructions not to charge. When we picked up vehicle we gave credit card to charge. Dealer put through the debit card and overdrew our account. We were charged $87 in overdraft fees.

The owner/attendant Mike had a lot going on. When we arrived, the truck that was reserved for me was NOT clean. Additionally, it bothered me how Mike was more focused on selling cars (as he runs a used car lot) than helping me get everything settled with the truck. (By the way, the people he was showing cars to arrived AFTER me). Furthermore, he said he would give me $10 off of my truck rental due to its dirtiness, but that did not happen. I disputed the charge when returning the truck and I still haven't received a phone call from uhaul in reference to the dispute. I'm just dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received.

Express login was not working so had to call the 800 customer service number. Key was not left where the login stated it was, took searching truck to find it. Stated to login at 930 for a 10am pick up. Did not get of lot until after 1030 and then uhaul charged me for double time.

The parking lot was very crowded and you had to drive down the road to a separate, empty parking lot to pick up your truck behind a gas station. I just wouldn't want to repeat the experience.

Superb customer service from Royal Motors. Absolutely incredible support helping us get on the road as quickly as possible. Hands down the best experience I've had with Uhaul in the last several moves over 8 years or so. They made our move to Chicago so much easier.

When dropping off the truck the gentleman that we returned it to briefly looked in the back of the truck to confirm that it was cleaned out. He did not check the mileage or the gas that the truck was returned on, nor did he have me sign a receipt of drop off verifying that the truck was returned in the appropriate condition and met the drop off guidelines. I would have liked to of known that the truck was returned properly and had proof with a receipt and signature of both parties. Just to insure that I was no longer responsible for the rental of the truck.

I reserved the 9' van but was given the 10' truck. I was told that I would be charged the 9' van rates but so far they have tried to charge me the full truck rates twice. I would have not taken the truck if they had told me the truth about the price. This is a classic bate and switch tactic.

The Uhaul facility was difficult to get into and it was unclear where I was supposed to drop off the keys. A man came out and collected the keys but didn't give me a receipt or anything else. I got a call from Uhaul later that he hadn't checked the truck in yet.

I arrived to return a trailer at what was "after business hours" on a Saturday, although online it was advertised as still open. I arrived to a locked building, but a very friendly staff member was quick to find me, greet me, unhitch the rented trailer, and get me on my way after a long day of moving.
