The trailer was well maintained but a previous had spilled something oily on the floor that had not been cleaned out.
Vendor wasn't wearing a mask and said she thought COVID was highly exaggerated. The employee who hooked up my trailer wasn't wearing a mask, either. For this reason, alone, I won't go back.
The trailer had not been cleaned out. I had to take care of that before I loaded it.

I rented a trailer that was a minimum eight day package. I get it, no problem. I needed it for two additional days. I brought it back one day early. I asked for a refund for the additional day I did not use and was refused saying it was part of a package. I felt ripped off. Also, your website makes it impossible to rent a trailer for more than eight days without calling or visiting a dealer. Why wouldn't you have this available online?
Staff at Dixon's Service Center were great!
The people and products at the location were great. The U-Haul app and processed sucked. I had to put my request in 3 times before it booked the location I put in. After the reservation process when I put in person check in I got 5 requests to do in app check in. You requested I upload my Drivers 3 time after I did it during the reservation process. When I got to the location for the pick up they did not have my reservation. When they looked it up they could see it but I had to cancel and rebook with them. Your sw and processed are terrible.
Nice lady. I move the trailer for her and was happy to do it.
Efficient. Clean truck. Nothing spectacular, but friendly and answered questions.

The people at Dixon are great
The trailer was filthy inside and the woman told us that the one we were supposed to get hadn't been returned and that this one was supposed to be sent in for repair but she didn't know why. Made us nervous to think that there might be something wrong with it.
Contract didn't print out at pickup location so it was a little difficult returning without #.
At first I was given the key to the wrong truck and then they told me the dolly I had ordered and already paid for was unavailable. Making me then call customer service and have them find a location that had a dolly for me to use, had to pay for a second dolly, drive to that separate location and pick it up, and I still haven't been reimbursed for the dolly I paid for and didn't receive!
Limited staff. Had to hook up trailer by myself and it was heavy to lift up onto ball alone.
When I called your one 800 service number I spoke to someone who was so rude to me and talk to me like I was stupid I will never use U-Haul ever again in my entire life I would rather go buy a truck then to ever rent one from these people ever again and it wasn't the service station it was U-Haul the company
I would recommend this location to a friend, but they need to have the extras on site, such as pads, hand trucks, etc.

There were no problems. Was probably not on the property more than 5 minutes....just long enough to drop the trailer and move on!
The man at the drop off location was going to try to take care of the gas discrepancy. He was very helpful.
Nothing really, it went smoothly. Process seems to work well if you do the online check in, it does save a lot of time.
Owner was on site and very helpful. FYI when we got the truck to our loading location they truck had several moving blankets that we did not rent. We returned them with the truck drop off. Didn't know what to do there. Was a honest mistake I'm sure.
