I returned uhaul with more gas in it than what was originally in it and they charged me. The uhual also smelled bad of cigarettes. My daughter road in it and ended up in ER from asthma attack due to the smell. People were also not very nice at location.

I rented hauling equipment and paid online in advance. Going to the location they claimed they didnâ€™t have it. So I had to go to Walmart and pay for a ball, hitch and pin again. Then had to rush back to the U-Haul place. I had to pay for the insurance again. When I asked for a refund she said sheâ€™d have to ask because she wasnâ€™t sure!!!!! I had to pay for insurance twice and buy hauling equipment twice!!!! Are you serious. Still havenâ€™t gotten my refund. Then the man who came out to help us attach the trailer was incredibly rude. Mentioned how women arenâ€™t good drivers. Terrible experience.

I reserved uhaul online at one location ended up which was 1 block from my apartment. Had to pick it up in a completely different town which I was not told until a couple days After I reserved it. So still needing a uhaul that day I had to accept the location. Then Was charged $44 extra dollars because they said I went over my 10 miles that I estimated that I would need it for. However I ONLY went over because they changed the location on me and never asked me to change how many miles I would need it for after it was changed to a different location. This is ridiculous! So for have a truck for like 8 hours it cost me over $100. When online the price was $29.99. Ended up costing $76 with insurance and blankets. Which yes I added and was ok with the $76. But then to add $44 MORE is ridiculous! Which wasnâ€™t even my fault that the location was changed! Completely outrageous and ridiculous! Never AGAIN will I rent from this place!

Have the rentals at the location and not a block away. Have Rentals that are on a lot, not parked in an area where the grass is 2 feet high. Have rental equipment that is in good operating condition, I wasn't sure if the truck was going to break down on me or not.

We had to drop off the trailer while the place was closed. I can't form an opinion other than we couldn't find a great place to unhook a trailer. We dropped it and left and I received my receipt so I assume everything was fine.

I rented trailer for one way, to Lewes Delaware where I drop trailer at 4. Pm On the 17 of April less then 8 hours from the time I rented it. When I called to reserve the trailer I said to Lewes Delaware. After I drop a mattress off at my Lewes house, we are on our way to Tenn. Now Uhaul is saying I rented the trailer at Norton motors Lewes, only drop off there.

Delay in pickup. Waited over a half hour while they dealt with another person unrelated to u- haul. Trailer leaked when it rained. Everything was soaked. Trailer dirty inside. Had to go around the block to pick up trailer in a dirty lot, overgrown with weeds.

I would suggest the company I went through, but not uhaul. The system is messed up and automatically selects things u did not ask for and if you don't notice until after the receipt prints you don't allow for an easy fix on something you are forcing people to take. THEN I get my email receipt BUT my money for the estimate for uhaul is still pending, so you guys fucked me and even though I was suppose to get 20 back from you, I now have to pay an overdraft fee. You guys really make it all about u and making money and not about the customers anymore!!!!
