I was charged 40 dollars more for the same trailer I used 3 months earlier , and the salesman said if I returned it early I would be credited back unused portion this did not happen

The 12'X6'trailer that I used had a loose floor that needs to be addressed. The customer service was lacking at this location. I am reasonably sure that the price that I was charged was not the price that I was quoted when I returned the previous rental at a different location in the same town that I picked this one up at. I had no proof with me so I paid the full amount. The agent was willing to change the price of the rental if I could show him a different quote which told me that he was capable of offering me a better deal. Since I didn't have the quote with me he offered nothing. Thanks.

The entrance road location in LEESVILLE :A - I did an express check-in and the woman couldn't find it. The lady told to drop it off at veteran memorial Blvd in Killeen, Texas and I would get a $10 discount and did not give it to me and lied to me.and she had a 20 foot truck but would not give to me becuase she said it was for local one way use only. The truck I rented was a 17 foot truck from Music South in Leesville La and when I got a phone call from the regional office in Shreveport, the lady told me that they don't have 17 foot trucks any longer and since it was Memorial Day and no one was open I could not get a 20 foot truck and only gat a 15 foot truck. I also rented a DC loader from Music South and pick it up at Music South and they did a very good job and told also to drop the DC loader at 102 Veterans Memorial Blvd. When I got to that location they told me they could not drop it off at that location because they were too busy and call the MLK location and the gentleman did an outstanding job and stay open about 10 minutes after hours and was very professional and kind to two old people. I returned to truck to MLK and the lady was very profesional. THE TWO TERRIBLE LOCATIONS WERE THE REGIIONAL OFFICE IN SHREVEPORT LA< THE LOCATION AT ENTRANVE ROA D AND THE LOCATION AT VETERAN's MEMORIAL BLVD. I WOULD NEVER EVER AGAIN RENT A TRUCK FROM U-HAUL BECAUSE OF THESE 3 LOCATION. I ALSO WOULD DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN BECAUSE OF KIND PEOPLE AT MUSIC SOUTH IN LEESVILLE LA AND THE GENTLMEN AT THE MLK >OCATION IN KILLEEN, TEXAS. I ALSO RETURENED THE TRUCKL ON THURSDAY NIGHT AT 5:00 p.m instaed on SATURDAY MORNING AT 8:00 A.M. AND WOLULD LIKE TO GET A DISCOUNT ON THAT AND THE $10 DIDSCOUNTED I WAS PROMISED FROM THE ENTRANCE ROAD LOCATION IN LEESVILLE LA

Pick up: I was contacted early morning the day I was to pick up the equipment and the locations had been changed to a closed business without the equipment. Then for two hours I went back and forth with u haul until I could find a location with the trailer. I was promised the $50 rebate because the equipment was first not available, then not at the location and last was being picked up late. All 3 things garenteed in the statement had been violated. The trailer itself: it leaked and the door was in dire need of repair or replacing The drop off: went smooth also the drop off listed was supposed to be a 24 hour drop off. I arrived to locked gates. Seriously the only good thing of this experince outside of surviving the drive was a woman named Kathy who works at the traffic department in Abington,MA. She is great employee and throughout my entire experince with uhaul the only good part.

I reserved a 26 foot truck and a dolly but when I arrived the truck I received reserved was sent off and they only had a 20 foot. Additionally, they had no dolly I could use to move my stuff or give me another option to get one. Then, when I returned the truck and asked about the reservation guarantee that is posted on the website and on the side of the store, I was told that it did not fit my situation because it was in the same category even though I choose uhaul for the 26 foot truck. This is not the first time I have been wronged by uhaul and will never use this company again.

Well, let's see. Where do I begin? I know it isnt this locations fault that my equipment failed miserably, the girl at the counter was helpful and courtieous. However, about 2 hours after leaving on our 500 mile trip the left front wheel sheared off. The rim, the tire, the whole goddamn thing. My wife was driving behind me. If your equipment had malfunctioned and hurt my wife I would be at your corporate headquarters beating your CEOs ass. I have worked on aircraft, vehicles, and all kinds of other things with wheels on them for about 20 years. I know bad maintenance practice when I see it. You gotta lubricate bearings or they fail. You idiots are fucking lucky noone got hurt, and that I'm not a litigious individual. One thing I will never get back is the 3 hours of my life I spent on the side of road waiting on the new trailer. By the way, your roadside assistance and your customer service process is infuriating. I had to call back 4 times in a span of 1 hour being transfered back and forth between a constantly ringing roadside number and a customer service rep who couldnt help at all. Get your shit together.

Provide your customers with vehicles that are well maintained. The truck broke down twice. I lost the movers thatvI had paid for because the time that was delayed after the truck. Truck had to be towed twice. I had to find people to help us to continue with the move. The truck had to be towed to the place of delivery. After unloading it had two be towed again. Once I made it to Houston the truck broke down the first time. After loading it, it broke down on the freeway. It was over two hours that my mother sat in get car to insure that your u haul truck would not be towed by her apartment community. Be cause the truck broke down twice everything went south. Money lost that was already paid for the movers. Then we had to pay more people as well as find people to help us. This experience was the worst I've ever had and I demand a full refund. What could have taken 4-5 hours went well into the wee hours of the next day. SMDH!!!!

we reserved a truck 2 weeks prior to pickup.On the day we were supposed to pickup our truck at 7am we were informed it hadn't arrived yet from the people who had it before us. At 10am we get another call letting us know they still didn't have a truck for us and that there wasn't any available within an hour of where we were. So needless to say we were screwed. We didn't have a moving truck to move.All the uhaul people kept saying was if they get a truck in they would give us a discount. Worst experience ever!!
