I was looking for a 16 foot truck, but all that was available online was a 20 foot truck, so I ordered it. When I went to pick it up I was told that there was only a 26 foot truck which was much larger and more difficult for me to drive, but at that point I had to take it because it's all that was available. Other than that, the service was satisfactory.

They had just gotten new uhaul software and were NOT trained to use it so it took 45 minutes to check out. Uhaul should do a better job of helping their locations when they make changes!

I had to search for someone to help me and then he didn't even look at the truck (gas gauge, body condition or returned moving blankets). An odd experience.

I received a contract statement with a final charge of $48.66 on it, one that had accounted for all the miles I had used and everything. When I checked my bank statement, however, it showed that I had been charged an additional $15.78 for reasons unstated, shown, or mentioned in any way whatsoever. Meadow Farm Equipment is behind a gas station. I couldn't have forgotten to put gas in the U-Haul if I wanted to, and I assure you that I did not. I had a very lengthy conversation with the attendant, who happen to be from the same state as my son (NC) about different types of Jerky Treats for humans. I will go to the police first thing Monday morning to try and rectify this situation.

I reserved online for a 24 hr van rental from/to same location, but was charged for 2 days - despite having returned the vehicle within 24 hr time frame -WATCH OUT FOR SHADY PRACTICES!

We did an off hours pick up and the van we were assigned was not checked in, so when we went to the App there was not box "Pick up your vehicle" This created a difficult situation as the person dropping me off needed to come back and then had to bring me again the next day. I also did not have use of the vehicle as I had planned which was very difficult in delivering the job I had rented the van for. ;-(

Had to take a lot of photos, and it would have been easier if the odometer reading wasn't obstructed by a message of some sort in white lettering. Had to take several pics in order to get both the odometer and the fuel gauge. Other than all the photo-taking, it was a breeze.

Really very nice vans to choose from. Very reasonable on fuel. Nice rubber floor mat to protect cargo. Location had a nice selection. When renting, the staff were very knowledgeable and made my responsibilities very clear to save me unnecessary charges. Finally, I felt very comfortable knowing my vehicle was monitored by cameras on the property. The best UHaul rental experience to date.

My original pick up was to be at 51 Centerr Street, Pittsfield MA. Which was confirmed the day prior. When I got there I was told that the 9' van that I had rented could not be taken out of state. When I made the reservation your web site did not say that ( it should ) and I had to drive 20 miles round trip out of my way to pick up a truck. When I talked to one of your reps on the phone ( while she apologized ) did not seem to care that I was given the wrong information. You need to get your website to give the correct information.
