There is a sticker on the speedometer (speed kills...) that covers speed 60-75. On interstate highways with speed limits of 70 and 65, I found it difficult to see my speed. Cruise control would be nice.

I was suppose to have picked this truck up at 9:30 am in Richlands VA but was forced to have my son drive 1 and 1/2 hrs away to pick up a u haul. The u haul was not cleaned and I should not of had to put the same amount of gas back since my son had to drive 1 1/2 back to the storage unit in Grundy Va.
People were slow and didn't know how to enter the information into the computer. He also called me and said he wanted to leave so I needed to get there earlier than the time reserved to get a vehicle at all. No cruise control or ramp

She went out of her way for us to make sure we got an affordable price. We couldn't afford to hire movers, so we decided to try U-Haul instead and it payed off big time! Very professional and very kind. Willing to help in any way she can and answered all of our questions, even though we showed up late. The professional courtesy that this wonderful woman showed us in unrivaled. 5 stars is not enough! We will use this facility again for all of our moving needs in the future.

Update your entire computer program. It takes too long at all of your locations to complete a transaction. I've been to several and it's obvious.

First the Guy / Owner tried to charge me 59.95 for the truck and I told him it was 39.95 and 69cent each mile he said ok your right. The truck had a slight miss but when I loaded it. It had a bad misfire in the engine causing it to use a lot more gas. Light did not work in the back for loading. I had to wait till day light to finish loading. I reported the misfire don't know if he sent some poor soul down the road in that same truck or not. Not happy at all with this u haul move. Thanks GaryWoodruff

Update the contracts saying if debit cards r used the money will be taken out that day instead of its in holding and tell owner of this location that the lady is very rude and needs to b updated on the rules of customers services
They people there was excellent in every way really knowledgeable in the equipment and explained everything to me. I wish all my experience was that good every where else
Overall it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Please don't waste your time or money dealing with these people. I assure you that your money and time are better spent elsewhere.
There is nothing that could be changed this is the best location the group of people here are wonderful and made things easy and made moving less of a head ache this was out third truck rental in the last few months and will be coming back for our last truck to move out of state thank you for the great service :)
Everything was perfect and I will be using uhaul again soon for the long hall move to Michigan was wondering if there is any way to save on my next move in a few weeks might have to have two trucks thank you
I was given keys for the truck I ended up using, but my paperwork was for another truck. I noticed this when I checked the fuel gauge and it was different from what I was supposed to have. The attendant took care of it quickly, but had I not looked at the fuel gauge I could have had a problem at the other end of my trip.
