Cell phone service is terrible and customer service was horrible 3 of them hung up on me it made me 1 1/2 hours late.

Cathy T.The wife and husband at this location are very nice. Unfortunately I was forced to use them, 30 miles from my scheduled location, not their fault. The man said he drove to Lexington to pick this truck up so I could drive it back to Lexington, that is terrible service by UHaul, not this individual.
