BRENDA BThe location did not have keys in lock box. We was suppose to pick up at 7:30. The local uhaul after an hour of waiting said Paul the area supervisor would be there in 20 mins. After 45 mins we call again and he said he did not say that. 9:30 the worker from store give us the keys. The truck itself smelled like marijuana and severely needed a front end alignment. We received a $50 credit and an extra day. This was booked a week in advance. Very unprofessional . $50 credit is a joke. Of course I left a message with no call back from Paul.
