At the last minute, the initial facility I was to pick up at had to reroute me to another store due to truck or available. The pick up location I ended up at was such a pleasant experience. The gentleman there was very professional, friendly and patient. I appreciated his calm demeanor as moving can be quite exhausting and stressful!

I would have been nice to have someone be able to help you put the trailer on hitch. Also I thought before you leave a safety check. I did not have one.

He was a nice guy, customer service was good. But he didn't throughly discuss rental contract and I was TOTALLY unaware that I only allowed 30 miles one way. When I returned the rental I was charged overage. My return location was extremely far from my home. I would say it was more of telephone customer service fault not the guy who help me.

I am still waiting for a call from Uhaul in order to receive a $50 credit due to the following. It took over an hour and a half to rent this U-Haul truck. I phoned Uhaul customer service twice before renting to be sure the dollies and the pads were going to be there. The pads were not at the location from where I picked up my order. I called U-Haul and was told by the representative to go to a different Uhaul to get the pads. When I asked her if she knew that the pads were going to be at the second location, which is in the opposite direction from where I needed to go, she said she didn't know. I was very surprised I was being sent elsewhere with no confirmation that the materials were even there. I was told I had to call. The inside of the cab of the truck had something spilled in it on the floor and I needed to clean the seats myself. I am still awaiting a call from someone from Uhaul so that I may get the $50 refund that the representative on the phone told me I was going to be getting after I asked twice to speak with a supervisor. The first time I was told a supervisor was on another line, the second time I was told the supervisor was out in the field. I was absolutely surprised with this poor customer service. This was a mess trying to rent this truck and a very poor reflection on Uhaul. I have rented from Uhaul before and I've never taken over an hour and a half to get the equipment. I was charged on the original receipt one dollar for pads that I never got from that location. In addition the location was unable to provide me with a receipt due to something wrong with the computer and her inability to find the order once my card was charged. My son drove over to the other Uhaul that had the pads and was able to bring back the receipt from there. I'm so disappointed with this experience and the loss of packing time, the running around that needed to take place just to get the equipment that I confirmed would be there twice before I pick this up, and what I feel was inept Uhaul customer service when I called the Uhaul customer service line. The woman at Youpack was nice. The representative at Uhaul in Farmingdale was nice. I am unsure that I will use U-Haul again for another move for other items in December.

I think they gave us the wrong size truck. It also glad Kessler then a quarter if tank of gas.

Nothing comes to mind. Picking up the truck went much quicker than other locations I had rented from.
