I seem to have been charged an extra 19.99 for a blanket I didnt use. Ive reached out to the company no response yet. I will try and see them in person over the weekend

Beverley GThe place i rent at Laval was very good but the customer service from uhaul joe gagliano was very poor quality. Took 2 week to give my money back for an overcharge they did and no excuse at all after he tryed to blame everybody except himself he finaly give me my money back
